Elite 2000 Fitness Centre

Fantastic experience: Went to this gym when I was at staffordshire university back in 2008/9 at the stafford campus as this was he closest to us when we moved out of student halls into student digs. Looks like it hasn't changed a bit judging from the photos, but its got that old school feel to it that a lot of people love. I trained there with a house mate a while ago and really enjoyed the rustic, old school feel to the place. Admittedly the equipment is very 90's, and not much has been updated, but it made you adapt, and rely quite heavily on the free weights available. That being said, you'll get just as good of a workout here, than you would at any other modern gym. Reviewing based purely on nostaliga, but again, the gym is more or less exactly what it says on the tin!

Positive experience: Good old school gym great value

Positive experience: I have attended this premises for over a decade. I love that it is cheap and cheerful. I love not having to pay monthly fees.;) The building is old.. and not as modern as some gyms,however all you would need is there.! Elite also offers different classes on different days ;,maui thai, boxing ,weight training and dance. I would say call them and see what's in offer. Alittle damp and cold, downstairs. overall 8/10 parking available.

Positive experience: Lots of equipment, some of which is a bit tired. Offers pay-as-go so good if you aren't sure how much you plan to do.

Fantastic experience: Great place to train and get fit ,facilities for martial arts are great also!

Fantastic experience: If you want to pump Iron, train hard and get Fit! this is the place, whenever I am in Stafford I always go to Elite 2000 because I know that the guys there are great, there is no hassle, they don't want me to sign up to a 12 month contract and I can train my heart out, whenever I want. they also run Boxing and Kickboxing classes which I love.
