Negative experience: Absaloutley deplorable. How you think you can get away with charging men and women £5 difference per month based off of nothing but gender and then giving women more equipment than men for a lower payment is discusting and you should be ashamed. It's 2022. So much for equality. This is pure mysandry and needs putting to an end ASAP. Shocking business practice.

Fantastic experience: Best gym in the area, especially if you like weightlifting or bodybuilding. Dumbbells range from 2.5kg upto 75kg, with plenty of plate loaded machines. There is a dedicated power rack area for squats and deadlifts, as well as several benches.

Fantastic experience: Staff are very welcoming. The gym equipment is well maintained. A good gym to start your fitness journey. Good collection of dumbbells. Space inside the gym is reasonable. Has 2 floors and ground floor full of weight training and 1st floor has variety of cardio strengthening machines. The community and group also descend. The only minor I feel is gym open on morning is too late by 9:30 AM, it could be 6AM in the morning will be good for the early birds.
