Positive experience: Small but compact gym. Gym is in need of a cleaning and sanitizer the boxing gloves were especially bad

Positive experience: Pool quite ok. Swim through the club in the evening.

Positive experience: We visited the swimming pool. It was too hot inside, but the water was good and clean. The staffs were friendly and helpful. We went 5 days in a row for a week.

Positive experience: Good booking system and facilities are good standard

Negative experience: The people handling cricket facility are extremely unprofessional and out right lie on your face. We were given 45 minutes for practice session for 1 hour booking despite being late themselves in setting up the cricket nets and they out right lied that they had made it ready at 8. Don't book this place if you care about ethics n professionalism because they don't. When I asked show me CCTV if you had set it up on time, the guy just had excuses about their manager. He couldn't even get me to talk to his manager. Extremely unprofessional, zero stars option should be available. There were other teams on facility stating that the same has happened with them multiple times.

Negative experience: My experience with assistance management at the centre was very poor. Very poor customer service. Booked block bookings for pool hire. I was never able to get into the pool on the time I booked because the pool was being dominated by a swim club who were hostile to other pool users and going over their booked time in lanes and crossing into lanes I had booked. Evening staff seemed intimidated by the swim club.so left them to continue this behaviour. Management admitted they allowed the swim club to use Lane that they had not booked rather then deal with the situation.

Negative experience: Avoid this centre at all cost. They take random payments from your card in the name of system faults and reprocessing. There is no guarantee that you only be charged once for your court booking. You will be charged randomly several times after your initial booking. It’s not easy to get the money back from them either . CAUTION! ALERT ‼️ stay away from this centre at all costs.

Positive experience: Set in a school grounds, pool is OK

Positive experience: My nephew did swimming lessons here on Sundays. Changing rooms are clean. It is great for complete beginners and nervous swimmers to get them started off and build confidence since there are 2 teachers in the water with them. However, once your child is able to begin to swim without as much help it is not so good because the pace of the stage 2 class is too slow, even with 2 teachers in the water they are taking the children 1 by 1 and most of the time the children are standing waiting by the wall and not much gets done in 1 lesson, my nephew got bored and didn't want to attend any more. I find it is pointless having 2 teachers in the water if they are standing around most of the time. Since class sinze is small It would be more effective sending the class off together with teacher 1 whilst teacher 1 makes corrections to individual children whilst they swim when needed and teacher 2 could work 1 on 1 with kids that need a bit of extra support, that way a lot more could be achieved in each lesson and the kids wouldnt be bored standing by the wall ducking up and under the water. My observation on the teaching of the higher levels that were doing full length was not much better. It appeared that some of the teachers looked like they couldnt be bothered to be there. I saw children in a class swimming multiple lengths of front crawl with poor breathing technique lifting head up and not to the side or not blowing out into the water before coming up to take air, poor leg kicks ect. that were not corrected whilst they were swimming, since they are small classes it it not difficult to walk along the length of the pool and correct faults whilst they are doing it instead of teacher staying at rge top of the pool and watching.

Negative experience: Went for a family swim at the weekend, but the pool was so dirty and water so murky that we are definitely not going back soon. Staff is indifferent and not engaged at all and when I asked how often the pool is actually cleaned I was informed apparently every day but not drained very ofter as "it's expensive". You could see dark rim along the side of the pool and couple of plastics floating. Not a pleasant experience at all and I will be raising this with EL directly.

Negative experience: For months I've been trying to book a spot on the Saturday adult swimming classes. Each time I've enquired I've been told that there is no availability and to try again in a week/weeks. I tried again today and got the same negative response I've received every single time. They also informed me that they "don't do waiting lists" (perhaps you should, that would be good customer service!) and gave me a list of other places to try. I took this as a clear message not to contact them again, which I won't be!

Positive experience: Very good swimming classes and instructors. The changing rooms are not very clean though.

Positive experience: Quiet sports centre that operates outside of school hours. The swimming pool is only available to members on weekends, though does offer free under 12 access which comes in handy in the holidays. They offer a few classes throughout the week that cater to a mixture of abilities free with the membership or £5 for non members. They also give you a free 1 hour court session each month. Staff don't seem bothered by much and spend a great deal of time talking to themselves.

Positive experience: First of the facilities here were excellent and the staff as a whole were polite. But at the desk this young lad greeted me as Mr. Zyp and could not respond to my questions but would instead talk about buying land in the metaverse. He proceeded to try sell me airpods discreetly and showed me messages about a boy called Fabio and called him slurs I would not know imaginable. Overall the experience was good apart from the slight hiccup at the end.

Positive experience: Use it for the pool and classes for the kids. Friendly and helpful folks. Can of course get very busy when there are classes on. Relatively but not super clean...function of course of crowds.

Positive experience: Great staff. Always helpful. Facilities have improved a lot since I last wrote this review. Car park can get very full over the weekends even very early in the mornings.

Fantastic experience: Was there on a child’s birthday. It very nice and my kid loved the sports activities organised. I was very impressed.

Negative experience: Worst experience we ever had in the swimming pool and it happened 2 times. First time 3 years ago(he was 5y), my son had swimming lessons and after 3rd lesson he was very stressed…. Came out that he nearly drowned and his coach didn’t even realise it. Stress were so strong that we couldn’t go near the water for the next 3 years!!! Week ago my son was invited to the Birthday Party at the same swimming pool… All looks fun, one of the lifeguards noticed I forgot to wear blue shoe covers… so I had to leave the room for a couple of minutes to find it. When I came back I didn’t see my son… he was already under water trying to swim out… all lifeguards was far away from this kids and even with they back to the water chatting with some other adults…. After a minute my son was pulled out life, but stressed more then ever and now don’t want even to hear anything about swimming pool… I can not believe, that it happened 2 and in the same place with the same staff and they still work there….. they all should be jailed for nearly killing my child !!!

Negative experience: The staff are ignorant and don't care about their customers AT ALL. I used to use their pool until I was harrassed by a passive-aggressive sociopathic life guard into leaving and when I complained to the staff, they dropped the case like my voice didn't count. I complained again by email, they stopped replying after my 2nd email.

Positive experience: I have mixed feelings about this place. There are very good points but there are some very obvious flaws. The car park is good but it gets busy on a Sat morning during lessons. The space is good for training and there are different activities to hand. The pool is good and the teaching staff friendly and helpful, however the changing rooms are dilapidated and the toilets are dirty and unhygienic. For a space that is used by a private school through out the year maintenance and cleaning are very poor indeed. Every year they keep telling the customers how they have plans to upgrade the space but nothing yet. Price wise it is very competitive if you can put up with the dirt.

Negative experience: Having heard that they do swimming lessons, i called them up. and unfortunately the lady on the other end of the line was quite unhelpful and rude. i wanted my 9 year old son to join swimming lessons and i must admit i am not a great swimmer. having requested that i would like information on how to enroll my son, how to assess ones ability or even how to find out which group he may fall under, she was quite abrupt and rude unable to give any information at all. She did not even offer to show any support or understanding towards a new potential customer. We live very locally in Chislehurst to this club i and i dont think i will be recommending this place to anyone.
