Positive experience: Member for many years. Lifeguards very helpfull.

Fantastic experience: Really helpful staff, we had an inflatable birthday party here and site is really good.

Fantastic experience: For a small town, having a well managed swimming pool is a great asset

Negative experience: It's ok for a leisure centre, the fun swim is mearly a few floats that the public can use, I'm not sure why the leisure centre charge more for a fun swim. Staff are mostly pleasant.

Positive experience: The swimming pool area is tidy and clean, as well as the gym area, however the gym is quite tiny and with a limited number of machines. A few monthsago, I wrote a review saying the ladies' changing room needed a total refurbishment, with pieces of the ceiling missing, a blocked shower waste, and dated furniture. Now the ceiling and the waste have been fixed, which is an improvement. Thanks!

Negative experience: Grate leisure center really nice pool would give it 5 stars if when you tried to call the Centre you actually could talk to them not a call center

Positive experience: Pool is clean public is allowed in after 1pm on Mon. Two life guards were on duty. I was just hoping that there were at least some music in the background as it would make the atmosphere more fun relax and inviting

Negative experience: The swimming pool employs staff that are never off your back. Ex traffic wardens, I think. Not for me, thanks.

Negative experience: Went at fun time...life guard Keri was the fun police. She was telling off dad's just playing with their children. Family changing facility had no baby changing. We were told off for changing in the men's. Apart from this had a lovely swim in a nice pool

Negative experience: Im here on a holiday with my girlfriend My girlfriend phoned them and the women that answered had such an attitude and my girlfriend was getting stressed out at the women had such an attitude and wasn’t listening to her Properly she phoned second time a lovely man answered he was very helpful I am very dissatisfied by how the women treated my girlfriend it is almost as if the women was trying to start an argument it’s overpriced and not worth the hassle time or energy very little equipment aswell for body building

Fantastic experience: The staff are very friendly and helpful and the facilities are good. They have lots of different clubs to offer. They were brilliant in the restrictions that they were placed under due to Covid situation. Well done!!

Positive experience: I only went to the centre as this was the hq for a run I was doing but we were allowed to use the showers after the long muddy run which was much appreciated and very good of the centre given the state of most of the runners, much needed after a hard run like the 'oh my obelisk' challenge

Positive experience: Clean and good facilities. Just a single rectangular swimming pool. A gym and a large sports hall. An active place with people coming and going all day and especially after school for children's swimming lessons and various clubs. There's a lot going on, ask the friendly staff at the desk for more info.

Positive experience: I've only ever been here to swim and to attend birthday parties, but it's a pretty decent venue for both. The pool isn't very friendly for very young children, but it's warm enough and is very nice and big.

Fantastic experience: Large leisure centre with great swimming pool which is normally quiet so good to bring the kids for a swim. Gym and plenty of leisure programs on. Also do kids birthdays in one of the halls and you can hire an inflatable go-karting company to setup! They loved it! Staff friendly and plenty of onsite parking.
