Negative experience: Booked swimming for my family just received phone call they were closing the swimming pool because they were understaffed and I would have to wait 48 hours for refund absolute joke

Positive experience: Nice place. They need to sort out the sauna. It's like sitting in a mildly warm room. It should be a lot hotter.

Positive experience: Dressing rooms need updated to have screens. Little embarrassed to bring a curious 4 year old into it when he needs a toilet. Apart from that it's fine

Fantastic experience: Whiterock leisure centre is one of the best! The pool, changing rooms are always spotless, but the no 1 thing about Whiterock is the friendly & most helpful staff. They care about the members, always smile & interact & are so very helpful. I really love going to it.

Fantastic experience: I live close by, the centre has everything I need for a short swim with my young son. Staff are always friendly and inviting. The changing and showering facilities are clean and the pool is never too busy.
