Negative experience: I purchased 1 item from you guys I clicked the boxes that states do no call do no text do not email yet I'm being bombed with all of these I'm yet to see if the item actually works yet I promise if you continue to harrass me ill be making a complaint to trading standards

Negative experience: Received an item so damaged that i asked for a full refund, the customer service team have been so appalling and don’t want to issue a refund, are trying their best for me to keep the faulty item and just reduce the price. Why would I want that when it was meant to be a present. Never buying of this company ever again.

Positive experience: I ordered a pink go cart and the giant box got lost in transit, I then had to wait for refund to find that the pink ones had sold out. Really disappointing as I know they are stocked by this brand else where but they were unable to help. I did re order from the site in another colour as I’m limited with time for Xmas and the delivery was very promt. Yet to open and build the cart so fingers crossed for a good product. Customer service was ok at best.

Negative experience: I was a little disappointed that I couldn’t return an item. They wouldn’t cover the cost and because of the size of the item it would cost more to return the item than the actual price of the item. So now I’m stuck with two one of which I purchased to compare the size and one which I don’t need or want. It makes me think twice before purchasing from them in future if returning is problematic .

Fantastic experience: I wanted an armchair for my son, did an Internet search and found Aosom who had it at a really competitive price. I ordered it, free delivery, and arrived within 2 days. Fantastic. I was so pleased I ordered a dog crate/piece of furniture as well. It was less than 50% price, again free delivery and arrived within 2 days. I had never heard of Aosom before, but now they will be my first place shopping search. Such good value items, they sell all sorts of things, and free delivery. What is there not to like?

Fantastic experience: I wasn't expecting perfect from a self build. I was slightly nervous of the 'made in china' on the side of the boxes. However, I was really impressed with the packaging, the easy to follow instructions and quality of the parts and fixings. Once all built up they came together perfectly. The door hinges are especially good to as you can adjust to get the door level and straight. I'm really pleased and the price was competitive too. I recommend A+

Positive experience: Bought one these about 4 years ago and despite useless instructions I was pleased with it and decided to buy another one. The new model has many improvements, especially the assembly instructions which are now very clear and easy to follow. There was a missing hinge and a few screws short but all in all I am very pleased.

Fantastic experience: A brilliant chair so comfy and lays back , massages and has heat , perfect as I have OA in back , can’t use the vibrate much as it hurts , but the the heat defiantly helps .

Positive experience: The first table we received looked like an insect had been moulded into the table top. The table was replaced very quickly with one that had a dark mark although not as big a mark as the insect one, so we decided not to pursue a third replacement.

Positive experience: Easy enough to assemble although took a bit of time as a lot of screws. Only problem is pee comes through gaps in tray which I can’t understand why. Overall very nice to look at and spacious for my guinea pigs

Negative experience: This company is certainly reputable, the product arrived in excellent condition and I love it, my gripe is with their 'Customer Service', I had a problem, initially, with getting the things to work, which happened to be my fault, but when I contacted their, 'after sales', I found them to be hopeless and of no help at all, I expect more, these days from any on-line company, I have dealings with a lot of companies, on-line and I have to honestly say, this is one of the worst, to date.

Negative experience: Product not too bad but tryed to get spare poles or cover and was told they don't do them. So if they break /rot /tear they are rendered useless.

I can do pictures and pictograms, I've been assembling and installing things with them for over 50 years, but this item was another level. The product itself is exceedingly good value for money, robust and strong, and very adaptable. Would be a 5 star review if only better instructions.

Positive experience: Pull up bar etc arrived quickly and in perfect condition. However, the labelling of the parts were wrong as mentioned in many other reviews. Was not to hard to work out what goes where, All seems quite sturdy and does what it should. Which was nice!
