Negative experience: Will price rise your gym membership without telling you, the swimming changing rooms are so dirty it's a helth hazard, Good parking, Handy for gym that are the only good points,

Negative experience: Showers a d locker are a disgrace, gym has some of the oldest equipment Ihave ever seen. Website is so confusing, if you ask the staff anything they just say look at the website. Timetable on there is so confusing.

Positive experience: Nice and clean, pool was a good temperature too.

Positive experience: Went for an early morning swim. Really clean facilities and friendly staff. The only downside was the lack of swimming lanes, it was a bit of a free for all. It would definitely be safer and have greater capacity if they had swimming lanes with clockwise & anti-clockwise swimming disciplines introduced.

Negative experience: Considering it’s a charity it is expensive compared to my local baths. Nearly twice as much.

Fantastic experience: Visited for both vaccine jabs. Very well organised and staff excellent. Helped me out massively as I have a phobia of needles but they managed to make inject me both times. Thank you for your help with this it was greatly appreciated

Positive experience: Note that at the time of writing the Maldwyn Leisure Centre is still closed, but the building is being used as a mass vaccination centre for northern Powys.

Fantastic experience: Now managed by Freedom Leisure. You can get a swim and sauna from 7am each day (until 9am) school term times Monday to Friday (early adult swim sessions) and at lunchtimes. It currently costs just over £5 per session, so it's worth getting there early to maximise the time per pound. You bring down the monthly cost if you go frequently by becoming a member.

Positive experience: Hockey pitch need shelters for kit, subs and teams- ideally somewhere for supporters too

Negative experience: Poorly managed! Refurbishment of the dressing rooms started 4 months ago. No replacement benches or pegs yet (on back order apparently). Why start the refurb without the necessary equipment/fittings to be able to complete it? Also, a response to emails would be welcome.
