24/7 Fitness - Kidderminster Gym

Negative experience: The gym has a good potential however the gym equipment is terrible. I do not understand why anyone would chose this gym over others. 5 pound for a day pass so can't complain too much.

Positive experience: Decent gym with lots of equipment and helpful friendly staff. Only wish is the music was louder and played more variety of songs.

Negative experience: Charging me for a month of usage but restricting my access to the gym that entire time. Scam artists.

Fantastic experience: Decent gym, was previously a member of the gym group and it has a weak selection of dumbells and machine. Since moving here there allot of machines and pleanty of dumbells and kits to use bargin price too

Also Personal Trainer,John was thoughtful n caring,he text me to find out I was OK. Thankyou so much,wishing you all a Happy Christmas n a fab New Year !!!

Fantastic experience: The best local Gym in Kidderminster... Good a variety of training kit and classes..with a team of staff that make you feel welcome and are ready to help you when needed...1st Class and very good value for money! Remember..Never Retreat..Never Surrender!

Fantastic experience: Best gym in kidderminster by far. Good equipment, plenty of room. Classes, ladies only area, sauna, sun-beds. Its great! The cross fit area is really good and the staff are helpful. Can get busy, but easily avoided with 24hr opening!

Negative experience: Nothing wrong with gym but just messed up once with direct debit after paying well over £1000 in membership over the last decade they have imposed a £15 charge on me just a couple of days after the payment date. Now threatening me with another £15 on top if don’t pay this within the next 7 days. Well I think this is really over the top. Shouldn’t treat customers who have paid such much! Cheerio then would advise against signing up. No customer loyalty treat you like dirt.

Negative experience: Seriously run down, majority of equipment is faulty or completely broken. Hygiene standards leave a lot to be desired. Too many members for its capacity also.

Negative experience: I used to really like this gym, evenings would be quiet enough that you can get on what you want. But these days it's so busy good luck if you want to do any of the big 3 lifts. 40 odd cardio machines that are barely used and only 2 squat racks. Instead of investing in squat racks and benches they are changing all the lights to eye burning bright multicoloured things, it's distracting and horrid. Now it's getting to spring and summer it's far too hot and HUMID in the gym, it's hard to breathe, why don't you turn the air con on?! It's gotten to the point where I just dislike coming here now. Wish I never bought a whole year subscription. 24/7, please change back the lights, add more squat racks and bench presses, having 2 of each yet 3 leg curl machines is silly. And turn the air con on!

Negative experience: Seriously disappointed in this place. Was looking for a new gym to use, so tryed it out. Soon as I walked in I wanted out. I've never been to such a claustrophobic gym. The equipment was packed in so tight at one point I had to stop mid set to let someone walk past. Felt watched most of the time as the cardio equipment looks over the resistance and i was sweated on at one point. The matt to stretch on again was tiny, I couldn't get to the free weights surrounded by people and more machines jammed in. I think I managed a 10 minute workout before having to leave, I felt uncomfortable and claustrophobic. Also not very welcoming, no staff on the front desk on entry. Won't be returning.

Fantastic experience: Joined today. Great range of equipment no having to wait for use. Seperate womens room if required with great range of equipment there too. Friendly staff . Plenty of parking. Recommended.

Positive experience: Aircon always off at night making ir stuffy. Cancelled my membership here last time due to aircon being off all the time. Shame as otherwise its a good place. Like tonight aircon is OFF and its humid outside. Gyms full of people sweating. Disgusting air having to breath it in. Hence I'm cutting my workout short. If the owners read this please fix it. Asap

Positive experience: Good floor space and mirror coverage. Don't seam to be on top of one another lile other gyms. Not over run by kids.

Negative experience: I paid for a years subscription. A month later, my branch closed down and they never refunded me! They used covid as an excuse to say that there's no one to help me and all of my attempts to get some help since then have been ignored!

Negative experience: Closing due to lockdown is understandable but closing all lines of communication having taken a payment via PayPal in error which you admitted and then not resolving the issue is appalling. This has now affected a perfect credit history and is now passed by PayPal to a debt collection agency for which increased costs are due. This is not acceptable and this lack of service needs to be exposed.

Fantastic experience: Well equipped gym for a very reasonable membership fee. Good/appropriate measures in place for Covid such as readily available hand sanitizer and social distancing.

Negative experience: Rubbish. Treadmills have no headphone socket points so watching the tv is useless. A whole row of machines was unvailable. The floor in the changing rooms and elsewhere is chipped.

Fantastic experience: Busy at times but I love the women’s only section upstairs, I find it a lot easier to focus just in a smaller room! The fingerprint access makes it really easy to get in/out but you can also use payasugym passes during manned hours which was very useful before I committed to a membership

Fantastic experience: Love the place. Been going for just over a year and its fab. Great staff and members. I've made some great long standing friends, we all go out socialising together. Classes are good fun too especially the Saturday morning Boot Camp - that alone is worth the monthly fee!!

Negative experience: Having previously attended this gym with my disabled mother when it was still fitness first we decided to go and have a look around to help her stay active over the winter months. We were first of all shocked by the new garish entrance which looks like some sort of high security prison, we were then toured by a very intimidating vest wearing member of staff who couldn't put his protein milk shake down for 5 minuets to show us around. What really put us off was that the disabled lift which my mother would need to gain access to the upper floor and use the ladies gym which she prefers was out of order. When I asked the member of staff he told us that is was not to be fixed as due to the low numbers of disabled members it was 'uneconomical' to repair the motor. At this moment we exclaimed that it was not for us and left.

Fantastic experience: Best Club i have been too and ive tried them all in Kidderminster, good classes especially the spin classes good clean facilities and 24/7 opening is a bonus.
