Fantastic experience: I have to take one point away because the online check in didn't work. We declined daily cleaning and in exchange for looking out for nature, the app has promised a bottle of wine for our room. Unfortunately, we never got to the taste the vine. All in all it was a pleasant stay, the staff was very polite and friendly, the location is perfect for people who love to be close to the centre, not in the middle of it. Public transportation (bus, tube, trains) are all in walking distance.

Positive experience: Room 614 Great location with options to eat both in the hotel and walking distance. The rooms are showing a little wear and tear but are nice over all. Smart tv is a plus. Control panels for the lights and curtains are nice with a very small learning curve. Enjoyed my stay.

Negative experience: The hotel looks nice. The welcoming is great. The interior is dark and the lifts darker still. Each day we were sat in a dark area for breakfast and it was only on the final day we noticed there was a nice area at the front with natural daylight. That would have been a much nicer experience. The room looks good to start. Then you start to notice, mould in the shower, toilet bag dispenser empty, body wash dispenser empty, mini bar not working, TV not working. I asked to have the room made up and cleaned after the first night, this did not happen and I had to call housekeeping to get it done. The room was not hoovered, none of the items refilled and the shower looked like someone had quickly wiped it down with a wet cloth. I raised the issues with reception and they sent someone to clean the mould. Still there. They never refilled anything in our 3 night stay. They said the TV isn’t working. Never got a response to the minibar not being turned on and needed two people to move the unit to reach the plug. Twice we were stuck in the lift when you press the button for ground floor the left went to the ground floor, door would not open, it then went up to 2nd floor (which is not even an option in the lift) and then returns to the ground floor. Overall, for the price you pay, there a few far better hotels, cheaper available in London. Very disappointed from a brand I always considered to be decent. I choose this hotel as a nice place to stay with a bit of luxury (paying extra for a higher floor) and ended up feeling there was not much luxury about it. The basic requirement is that the room should be clean and that everything should work. Ultimately you can put a suit on a pig, but it’s still a pig. My recommendation, to the hotel is to invest in sorting out the rooms and sorting out your housekeeping.

Fantastic experience: This is the hotel to stay at if you want a nice central location to have fun in London. Nice location, close to train and tube. Staff is wonderful. Restaurant isn’t the best but will do in a pinch.

Negative experience: Room was comfortable, speedy check in and check out however, mould in shower, not sure what was growing on the kettle, curtain was off the thing that makes it close. The control panels were a nice touch however very glad I stayed only a night. Location is good, reception was clean and well decorated however given the state of the room would avoid it unless you have time and patience to ask for room change or to get someone to fix things. Air con is very noisy can’t even hear your own thoughts, keeping jt on helped drowned other noises though.

Positive experience: We recently stayed at this hotel and while there were some positives, the experience was unfortunately marred by significant issues. On the positive side, the room was spacious with very comfortable beds, amazing view over big ben and westminster, …the hotel is located in a fantastic area, making it easy to explore the surroundings. U can even enjoy sauna and pool which was a big + However, housekeeping was a major disappointment. We had to call at least ten times just to get the body shower refilled, which should be a basic service. Additionally, the room was not vacuumed during the first 2 days, leaving it feeling less clean than we would have expected from a hotel of this caliber. We checked in on monday and got finally some soap and shower gel(body wash)on thursday!!!!! Overall, while the location and room were great, the lack of proper housekeeping was a major letdown.

Negative experience: An experienced ruined by horrific customer service. Room next to lift so impossible to sleep, heating not working and no shower gel. Moving rooms should be seamless especially at 11pm but it was a 40min battle. In the morning Sophie the manager could have smooth things over but chose a hostile approach. Nice hotel in need of some serious customer service training.

Negative experience: Checking in on Nov 29th- Dec 7th. Hotel location is excellent, hotel only served the bottle of water on the first night. The rest you need to buy. They only clean the room only one in three days (unless you requested). breakfast is very boring (for stay more then 2 days) and there is no creativity from the chef. every day the main menu is the same.. asked for an omelette they charge an additional 10p. It really doesn't make sense. Not recommended for those who want to stay more then 2 days in this hotel.

Negative experience: After 14hours long haul flight but spent long time at the reception with poor services. Front line staff keep changing the staff to serve us. Finally the staff not even know the basic questions (i.e slippers/in advance request), we stand at the reception for long (without any food) and finally able to check in at low floor under our request is higher floor in advance email communication with their reply. Called to speak to the manager but no reply. Worst experience ever.

Positive experience: Overall, this is a satisfactory stay. Staff are friendly and helpful, but the rooms are tired and cleanliness is extremely questionable.

Staff is very friendly, going above and beyond to make stay memorable. Location is walking distance from Big Ben and Vauxhall station, giving excellent connectivity to the airport & city.

Hassan at the front desk was an awesome help and accommodated every need. He also gave us great recommendations for activities in the city and every thing was pretty nearby by car. Positive experience: The state of the rooms was not well-maintained, with noticeable stains and chips in the furniture. The bed was comfortable and the room was a great size. There was no minibar, however, there were good room service options. Additionally, access to the balcony was restricted due to it being locked, even though it was meant to be accessible. Despite the helpfulness of the staff, the requested view of Big Ben and the London Eye was not provided. Instead, a view of Battersea was offered. Considering these factors, it is unlikely that I would choose to return to this establishment.

Fantastic experience: We did the Dim Sum Masterclass and it was absolutely incredible. Such a fun date night activity or with friends. It is such wonderful value for money, a wonderful ambience and gorgeous food. Eder son was absolutely wonderful and so knowledgeable. He really took the time to make sure we all properly understood the dim sum making process. Couldn’t recommend any higher!

Then, eating at the hotel restaurant, Chino Latino, Maria was a lovely lady, food was tasty and I can only recommend!

Negative experience: Arrived on Wednesday evening to a freezing room . Room never warmed despite raising temperature setting on control panel, plumbing made a loud horn noise on turning taps on. Water pressure was terrible. So managed to change room after bringing issues to reception. The changed room was no better. Again room was so cold. Guest services sent maintenance man who said he was unable to do anything as the hotel setting was still left at Summer setting. Another staff member brought an oil radiator which had a wheel missing so coildt stand the radiator. His solution was to take rest of the wheels off. Housekeeping came at 8.45pm to clean the room and make the bed. !!!!! Shower drain was blocked so shower tray resembled a swimming pool when having shower. There was no body was in wall mounted containers so had to come out of shower midway to dispense hand soap to finish shower. When I bought it to the attention of guest services, a staff member came and handed me another tub of bodywash . I had to tell him to replace it on the wall with the empty one . After that he went to get a plastic key to take the empty one off and get a new one replaced Nightmare 4 night stay at Park Plaza. Riverside, London.

Fantastic experience: Pablo at the Bar was amazing! The views and the drinks are one of a kind as well. We will make sure to stop by at least once a day to at least grab a drink from Pablo while we are here.

Negative experience: The hotel lobby and downstairs looks good, but the rooms and the service is really bad. You wonder how is this a 4 star hotel! At first we were surprised by the reception attitude , she was rude and looked like she didnt like her job at all. The basic coffee machine is only provided for their suites and not other rooms, so you have a terrible coffee powder to mix with water. The room was extremely dirty, specially the bathroom and the sink. we had only 2 towels and we had to ask for hand towel. The shower hose was leaking hugely and the sink was always stuck with water. The crib they provided was not safe, the first one was even broken. The shower gel in the bathroom was empty and if you ask for anything will take quiet time for them to send it. In total, beside the location and the lobby and Ofcourse the bar, the hotel is terrible.

Fantastic experience: I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights as a birthday surprise for my partner. I was in contact with Natalij from this hotel for a month before near enough everyday and from start to finish they have been outstanding, the service has been amazing, helping me make this special for my partner. They decorated my room for my partners birthday surprise & she was absolutely over the moon with the result & so was I, It was perfect. I booked the riverbank hotel view room it was beautiful and made the stay even more special. The location was great, it was a walkable distance to the main tourist attractions and all the food markets, pubs & restaurants. Breakfast was a good start to the day with a decent variety of food. All the staff were friendly & helpful, very pleased with my stay & so was my partner, we will definitely be visiting again. However I have to be honest or this wouldn’t be a honest review, only fault I had was we ordered room service at in the evening at around 9:30 (room service and food is 24 hours) because we didn’t want to go out & get food, the food looked really good & there was a decent variety to choose from, however the food was cold when delivered which we cannot understand why, this may have been a one time incident so we don’t want to put this hotel down because of it, as overall it was outstanding. Fantastic experience: Very close to Parliament and Westminster. Great pool and spa with a great steam room and a decent pool. Rooms not too loud despite being on a low floor. Online check in easy and hassle free. Near a couple of restaurants and shops. Would recommend a Park Plaza hotel for visitors to London.

Negative experience: WORST HOTEL I EVER BEEN TOO! There is not even a microwave to warm your food in.. so you must buy from their restaurant and their food is horrible I ordered a Pasta Carbonara with shrimp & they brought my order 1,30 hours later without shrimp and the pasta Dry as hell so I asked for another one since this was not what I ordered finally 2 hours later finally my food came with the spaghetti swimming in water so decided to ask for a refund & bought my own food& they will not warm it up for me! I still haven’t received my money back from my food they say it takes 15 working days… Not only that I had to call 4 times for house keeping to finally come 3 hours later and only make up the bed…… while I already slept on it for 2 nights….. My room came with a complementary witch was nowhere to be found, my phone wasn’t charging properly so they made me buy a new charger just to come to the conclusion that it was the outlet and not my fault… the mini bar is empty so you need to call the restaurant or go grab drink downstairs…. I hate this hotel expensive for nothing ! Will not Recommend! Most of the staff are Rude !

Negative experience: Rooms with amazing views of the Thames HOWEVER service was not very good. If you stay here you will enjoy your balcony view especially at night - but you willl lose your wifi signal if you close the door. You will also have to call guest services everyday to remind them to replenish your room (they will forget to restock basics and remove the dirty dish ware), they will take a very long time to answer your call for assistance and even longer to provide service, they will leave garbage bags and laundry bags all though the hallways. For me bit of a bust and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Fantastic experience: Erdal Erdal is the best problem-solving manager ever, he is very smart, very helpful and very assisting. He responds immediately to the guest’s requests and he is always doing his best to assist and go the extra mile. He always welcomes me with a big smile. He went above and beyond and he is very kind and I do thank him wholeheartedly for all the assistance he’s done. Erdal represented Radisson in the most beautiful image ever and he is an asset to any company he works for. I’ll always choose this hotel again and again because of Erdal’s being there. Fantastic experience: We stayed here to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary, and had a fantastic time! Christabelle checked us in and was so friendly and accommodating. Gabór and Khaldoon both provided us with a complimentary upgrade, and managed to place my brother&sister in law directly next to us. There was a wide variety of breakfast options available, and the food was delicious. The service in general was impeccable! Wonderful memories were created, thank you so much!

Positive experience: Comfortable Rooms but Some Areas Need My stay at the Park Plaza Riverbank wan in generally a pleasant experience, but there were a few areas that could use some attention. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, which made for a relaxing stay. However, the bathroom maintenance could be improved. I experienced issues with the bathtub’s water flow, and there was some clogging, which affected the overall convenience. As a Radisson Rewards VIP member, I was hoping for a bit more recognition during my stay. While the staff was courteous, I didn’t notice any special treatment or room upgrades that I’ve experienced at other Radisson properties. Overall, while the stay was comfortable, addressing the bathroom concerns and enhancing the experience for loyal guests would certainly improve future visits.

Negative experience: Great restaurant and fantastic service. The food is great and staff are lovely however the hotel side is disappointing. I stayed here for my anniversary and I’m thankful to Annelke who was lovely on the reception team on check in. I was looking forward to the spa and swimming. However I was extremely disappointed with the lack of service. Despite requesting slippers and robes multiple times, they were never provided. What made it worse was seeing other guests receive these items without any issue. I was informed by the reception team guest services and concierge when I called that these are not provided following a new policy. I was not aware of this otherwise I would have come prepared. I even offered to pay for these and I was recommended to go down to the local grocery store who would not have these items in stock. Upon checkout I was informed these items are provided but it was too late and I had to walk down to the swimming pool area in boots and a coat and after swimming it’s not ideal to wear these. This lack of responsiveness and attention to guest needs really detracted from what should have been a pleasant stay. Not the level of service I expected and payed for. Highly disappointed and ruined the special weekend we had planned.

Fantastic experience: We stayed there for the first time over the weekend and the location of the hotel was perfect. We were staying the night for my friends birthday and Hassan at the reception was checking us in and was very helpful. He suggested places we could go for dinner as it was our first time in London. He even upgraded our room because is was my friends birthday and we were very grateful. The room and the view was amazing and definitely coming back here again.

Positive experience: I recently stayed at the Park Plaza Riverbank and had a mixed experience. While the hotel staff, particularly Taras at the reception, provided exceptional service, going above and beyond by upgrading our room, there were some drawbacks as well. The shuttle service offered is decent but could improve, as I found the pricing to be a bit high for the convenience provided. Housekeeping was another area that fell short, as our room wasn't as clean as I would have liked, earning only a 5/10 in that regard. On the positive side, the service throughout the hotel was consistently good, and I thoroughly enjoyed the spa pool and sauna—they were truly amazing. The location is also quite favorable, rating an 8/10 for its accessibility to key attractions. Overall, while there were some issues, the friendly staff and excellent amenities made our stay enjoyable.

Fantastic experience: I was sceptical about staying south of the river but I was mistaken. This place was great. There is 24hour Victoria Line service taking you there. The hotel was very luxurious and easily beats other big hotel names in London. Beds were comfortable and rooms were exactly what was needed. Food was incredible. Breakfast was perfect and really tasty and the service was spot on, this Albanian guy I think Erion was really helpful with some dietary requirements we had and he was very fun to speak with. The guy in the reception was really friendly too. Would highly recommend coming here if you have the budget.

Fantastic experience: We tried the masterclass at Chino Latino for dumpling workshop and it was amazing. Chefs were always into details and helped everyone along the workshop. I can easily say I can do basic dumplings now after the class. Highly recommended!

Negative experience: This was hands down the WORST experience I’ve ever had at a Radisson hotel, and I’ve stayed in several over the years. The level of incompetence and disregard for their own rules is beyond shocking. First off, I stayed for a total of 15 nights, with a one-night gap between check-ins. Let me tell you, the staff are absolutely CLUELESS about their own policies! On my first stay, I asked for a complimentary water bottle, and I was flat-out denied, only to find out on my second check-in that it IS provided. How is it that the staff can't even keep up with basic hotel services? Do they even talk to each other? It gets worse. They offer a £10 coupon if your room isn’t cleaned. Fine. But there’s a sneaky, hidden rule that says you can’t use more than one coupon on the same order. Funny enough, during my first stay, I WAS allowed to use two, but during the second, I was denied. What is this scam they’re running? As a Radisson VIP member, you’d expect a certain level of respect and service. But NO, I had to practically beg for a room upgrade. And when they finally did “upgrade” me, it was to a suite that was ALREADY OCCUPIED. I kid you not. I had to go back to my original room. When I asked for a suite again, I was bluntly told that no matter what membership I had, they only upgrade one level. This is a blatant lie – Radisson’s own reward program CLEARLY states VIP members get upgraded to the best available room. I wasn’t even asking for the best, just something better! And guess what? The website showed plenty of available suites. What a joke! To note, I was given a studio room in the first checkin after a couple of days I think, and and a river view room in the second check-in. To top it all off, their so-called “customer service” is completely non-existent. No one answers emails. It’s like they’ve all gone on permanent vacation. I can share more, but let it be! would they really care! If you want to avoid frustration, lies, and being treated like your loyalty means nothing, stay far away from this place. However two people made my stay better were - receptionist Madhu, who was very helpful and housekeeper staff Ananmika!

Positive experience: Location is great. Very near the tube station. This hotel looked so luxurious at first glance. Coming into the foyer, there were so many staff trying to help you out because the hotel is massive and there are usually so many functions on at the same time. The meeting rooms are on the ground floor and in the basement. The breakfast was chaotic to start with as so many people and not enough space with no directions as to where things were. Once you finally got to seat down, the food was delicious. The rooms were great, all remotely controlled by the pads beside the bed. The bathroom was the let down for me as there was terrible smell coming from the drains. There's a nice view of the river Thames and the house of parliament depending on the room you get but also where you are seated at the restaurant. All in all, real luxurious hotel and I would stay here again.

Fantastic experience: Exceptional customer service!! I stayed at Park Plaza Riverside and I must say, the customer service exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome. Positive experience: Stayed here for a conference; food was good, staff very kind (especially ladys at the breakfast room) but my bathroom not very polite (shower needed more attention) I would recommend this place to stay for everyone who comes to London for the very first time; most od the attractions is just a foot away from it.

Positive experience: A bit disappointing check-in process despite following their clear instructions and reaching out proactively beforehand, but guest services did provide a room upgrade for a small fee (20 pounds/night) after some back and forth, with a private terrace and views of Big Ben/Westminster Palace. These views are the main reason I chose this hotel, so I'm happy with that. In retrospect, I recommend checking in at night. Besides that, the toilet area could be better cleaned (it smells like they missed a spot ) and one of the body wash dispensers was not refilled... not a great experience for a first night! Also, the lobby smells heavily perfumed—I had an instant headache and I'm not even a 'sensitive' person. Perhaps a natural clean scent would be better.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful stay, nothing was too much trouble for the staff and Natalij, the Guest Relations Team Leader was exceptional. Really looked after us and made sure we had everything we needed. The river view from the room was stunning.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely beautiful place, great location 10 minute walk from tube, we booked the river view room and it did not disappoint rooms are beautiful, view was amazing I’m gutted I didn’t get any pictures when it was all lit up at night. Lobby area and decor is stunning. Staff are lovely and so welcoming and even upgraded us to a higher floor when we checked in free of charge. Amazing experience overall would definitely recommend x

Negative experience: What a waste of 800+ for 2 nights. Upgraded to an ultimate family suite nothing ultimate about it. As we are members we can request an early check in which we did. When we arrived room was ready but when we got to the room far from ready. No sweet trolley, temperature set on 28 so it was boiling hot, chalk boards not cleaned, no chalk, drink station not replenished, no cot as requested and telephone didn't work, no teddies, games, throws, bath toys as advertised. No sensory light as pictured. And response 'you requested an early check in so these arent been sorted till 3pm'. Why let us have it early then. The whole wow factor for the kids was taken away. No microwave or anything to warm milk up with for babies even though this was 4 grades higher then the orgional room we booked that had a microwave. Very little info on these rooms on website. A family room you'd expect this. The room is tiny aswell. No cot when we requested it so had to take baby out for a nap in the pram. Just a joke. I'm so angry and only been there 10minutes. Only decent bit is the view. Also no kettle just some hot water thing. Add on: Now 5.40pm and still no sweet trolley, cot has no matress so chasing that up, bedding for children you had a choice and we had asked for london bridge and got plain white still no chalk for the chalk board. Nothing!! Can't believe I've paid so much and chasing this up 5hours later still. Sweets arrived on a plate that are boiled sweets so not for a 4 year old and 2 year old. Shown pictures to my son before we came and poor kid is so disapointed. We are meant to be on a relaxing holiday. Had upgraded to this room as my son had an operation last Friday and wanted to suprise him and its not good at all. The only reason we managed london friday to sunday is because my son was recovering from his operation otherwise we couldnt go on a friday as he would be at school. Will never stay here again, thank you Park Plaza for advertising something you dont have. Picture of the sweet trolley and what's advertised. Later they sent me bedding for the bed and its for a double bed and they didnt have the decency to put it on. Not that it will fit as the beds are single. Picture of sensory light and throws that we didn't get. Problem is this room should of been full of things for the kids to play with so I'm stuck with children with no toys as didn't bring any as the room should have had them. 8.30pm: looks like I'm making the bed up then as no one been to sort it out. Basically spoke to a lady their selling something they can't accommodate. Wasted majority of today angry and trying to sort this out. Our poor kids have seen this too and seen both parents stressed out. Room full of chalk boards and no chalk. Wouldn't mind I have loads at home would have brought if I'd of known they can't find them. Cot with no matress just the base so had to use 4 bath sheets to make it soft as no child should lay on a hard base. Saturday morning went for breakfast which is included in this room grade and lady said your not down for breakfast. FFS yes we are. Luckily Sunday we were on the list. Breakfast is pretty decent to be fair. Saturday night Natalie from Guest Services put some things in the room for us like balloons, popcorn, colouring books. But it's too little too late we were leaving the next morning. Please please if you read this review don't book this room type. I so wanted to write a good review buy its utter garbage. I'm deflated by it all to be honest.

Positive experience: The standard room is not worth the $500 I paid for it. View into concrete and other rooms. Disappointing. When you look at the photos, it looks amazing. The room was good, but some sewer smell was coming from the bathroom. The service was great. Good breakfast. $250-300 maybe, but not $500 for this.

Fantastic experience: Park Plaza Riverbank London offers a pleasant stay with clean, well-decorated rooms and a peaceful atmosphere. The location is excellent, and the facilities are good. However, the service is just okay, and the breakfast could be improved, as it feels a bit bland. Despite these, the views and overall comfort make it a solid choice for visitors.

Due to Anneike’s professionalism and helpfulness we Booked 5 rooms over several days for my birthday weekend for the family . Anneike is an asset to The Park plaza and we can not more highly recommend her . My husband and I have been lucky to experience travelling the world and staying in a great number of hotels . Fantastic experience: My go-to hotel in London. It is right around the corner from my work so that helps but I’ve been very happy with each stay. Clean, comfortable, and has the amenities you need for a work trip.

Positive experience: Myself & my friend had an executive river view room each on the 10th floor. The views were stunning & the rooms were very good with a lovely roomy bathroom with bath & walk in shower. There were touch control pads at the sides of the bed from which you could control the lighting, air con & open/close the curtains. When I requested at reception a refill for the shower gel & more coffee pods for the Nespresso machine in the room, it was seen to immediately. In fact I was beaten to my room by the guy who came to sort it out! The hotel is close to plenty of attractions, pubs & restaurants & Vauxhall tube station is approx 10 minutes walk away. I will definitely stay there again. We really enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic experience: We booked the 1 bedroom balcony suite with the river view. This was a magnificent room. The room had a bedroom and a separate living area. Off the bedroom was the balcony which looked right over the Thames. The living area has a large window looking straight onto Big Ben and Parliment. We loved the room, and the location was not bad. We would absolutely stay here again if we could get the same type of room.

Fantastic experience: It was my first time staying in this hotel and I can say the service provided especially by Karim was fantastic. Super kind and sweet gentleman who was patient, directed and walked us to different parts of the hotel and helped us with everything we needed. Looked after us from the minute we entered until we left!

Positive experience: To start off upon arrival I and my partner was greeted by Kieron who delivered exceptional customer service. He was kind and welcoming which made us comfortable and optimistic. we then dined upstairs and was met by klaounita who made our dinner fun and memorable. We really loved the experience because of her service and would recommend. Additionally for special occasions the staff deliver amazing service and food. We were also served by Jamal who was kind and attentive to our needs excellent person. Lastly to mark the end of our night Daniel at reception ensured we had a reason to come back by extending our stay and offering incentives and for this reason we would definatly book again. All staff were kind and attentive. Defo coming back.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful time, brilliant facilities, great staff, absolutely will be back, would recommend. Pools lovely if a tad cold but it doesn't overshadow at all. Lovely lady isabela at the pool desk did wonderfully.

Fantastic experience: What a lovely hotel... from the moment we walked towards the entrance to our one night stay to checking in and out was a wonderful experience. The staff were willing to assist with our request, and nothing seemed too much trouble. The room had everything that a hotel should have for a night stay. The rooms were clean and well equipped with shower gels etc safe, ironboard and iron.

Negative experience: Avoid this hotel and their poor service! They offer an eco option and then deny you the £10 food/beverage credit. There was also black mold (you know, the toxic mold) all over the ceiling of the shower. When I alerted the hotel about these issues they gave a canned and unhelpful “so sorry we will notify our staff to address this” response. They clearly do not care about their guest’s health and safety nor to they care about customer service. There are much better options in London that would not subject you to these circumstances.

Positive experience: Excellent service! Each and everyone was helpful, smiled and kind. It was a real pleasure to spent a week in hotel. From the very beginning to the very end (Aradom once again thank you for remembering us and sorry for losing the ticket) we were astonished.

Positive experience: This was a great stay. The hotel is convenient and the rooms have a great view. We picked a city view with an amazing outlook over the Thames and the Big Ben. Our highlight was the bar staff who were amazing, especially both Adrian the bar manager and Pablo, who we found out was just his 3rd day on the job. These guys were both some polite, friendly and made amazing cocktails and also recommended some tasty bar foods that went great with the fresh cocktails. Thanks for making our visit to the bar on level 1 so memorable. We really enjoyed our time sitting at the bar taking in the vibe listening to the live music. Thank you again for a very memorable visit.

Fantastic experience: We came to this hotel for the restaurant Chino Latino for my friend’s 30th birthday. We were greeted by very friendly staff and served delicious food. The ambience was great with a small live band which was a real treat. Our waiter, Sudhanshu was very attentive and was a great host for us. He had a loud group of 7 girls and was always making sure we were happy and our glasses were topped up! Thank you, you made our visit very memorable.

Positive experience: I've been a regular guest at this hotel since 2017, and it saddens me to see how much the quality has declined over the years. When I first started staying here, the rooms were well-maintained, and everything was in good working order. Unfortunately, that’s no longer the case. The rooms have aged considerably, and it's clear that upkeep has been neglected. Basic amenities that you would expect in any decent hotel, such as air conditioning, are now unreliable or completely non-functional. This decline in quality is quite disappointing, especially for someone like me who has been loyal to this hotel for so many years. It's disheartening to see a place that once provided a comfortable stay now fall so far short of that standard. Despite these issues, I must say that the location remains a significant advantage. The convenience of being in such a prime spot is one of the few positives that keeps me coming back. However, unless improvements are made, even the great location might not be enough to make up for the ongoing decline in the overall experience.

Fantastic experience: Spend the evening at Chino Latino with Karamat being the barkeeper and had the absolute best experience. He is attentive, friendly, was fast with serving the customers around me same as myself and was teaching a new started at the same time patiently. The food was awesome but he made the evening special. Can 100% recommend!

Fantastic experience: I booked a studio room this month (August), and loved the service and room. Our room had a great view of the Big Ben, London Eye and the Palace of Westminster. Hassan helped us a lot during our stay. He answered all of our questions and helped us during our stay. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others!

Negative experience: Hotel needs to be cleaned better. We needed to move rooms twice due to the cleanliness and AC not working correctly. The hotel is massive and it doesn’t seem like they take much pride in their property.

Positive experience: Visited in July 2024 as a couple. We checked in online and got our room key via the app, which made the process very fast. The hotel was in a good location, food was lovely and the room was comfortable and spacious. The staff even left us a slice of cake to celebrate our anniversary! Location for visiting central London was great and within a 10 minute walk of Westminster station.

Fantastic experience: I got the 1br and it was so spacious and super nice. It was perfect. I took my best friend there because it was her first time in London and I wanted her to have a great view. Positive experience: The service is great at this hotel, amazing staff and nice rooms. Unfortunately some of the facilities are a bit tired (pool and spa) and could do with a revamp to give it a more luxury feel

Positive experience: We booked an executive river view double room, however our room was only on the third floor so unfortunately we mainly saw trees rather than the river. I’d advise to ask for a higher floor which we didn’t since we thought you could see the river from any room booking this rate especially. You have to book a time slot for the pool and you can stay in a maximum of 40 minutes during your slot. Adults only pool times are unfortunately only early in the morning or late in the evening. We went at 10.40 am and there were many kids in the small pool, so swimming was out of the question and one family was already in the pool before our time slot started but kept staying in beyond their time slot with the mother repeatedly telling their kids “two more minutes”. I understand that kids love a pool but if the hotel makes these kind of time slot rules then they should count for everyone. Noone paid attention to the amount of people in the pool. Because the family never left during their slot and even more kids arrived during ours swimming was totally impossible. Other than that the hotel is lovely, perfect location to walk along the Thames to the London Eye, the breakfast is brilliant. The only downside is that on the webpage and even in the app when you check in it tells you the breakfast is in a lounge on the first floor with a Thames view but sadly it’s in the ballroom without any windows.
