Negative experience: I go to aquifit it never starts at 830 they moving floor and instructor dose not starts it started 8.40 and she finished at 9.08 so the Sessionis only 30 minutes it so annoying I travel up here to get fit the class is good but needs to be the full session

Fantastic experience: One of the lifeguards, Ethan, was very helpful when I came in to use the gym the other day. I was unsure of how some of the pieces of equipment worked. He must’ve seen me struggling and came over to show me the correct way, without me even having to ask! He is a credit to the leisure centre and deserves some recognition for being so amazing

Positive experience: Helpful staff, sometimes above and beyond what you might expect. The 4 stars is because I'm tight and think the monthly fee could be reduced further for concessions. Disability friendly.

Fantastic experience: Great facility and service. Visited to enroll my son in swimming lessons and walked out with 13 lessons free under TLC. Reception very helpful, swimming coaches very good with kids and a quick assessment to enrol in the right class.

Positive experience: We come swimming here every week. My 1 year old loves it but the water can be cold. We use the disabled changing room and there is plenty of room to get changed, wheeled chairs to use and a changing bed as well. There is also a seat in the shower. There is a lift to get into the pool if needed. I've also been to the adults only sessions and they are quiet and friendly, water still a bit cold. They split the pool into slow, medium and fast so you can choose which lane is suitable for you.

Fantastic experience: Great leisure centre. The changing rooms that lead to the pool can be a little too warm though. Understand its warm for people coming out of the pool, but it makes me feel unwell while getting my child changed after his swimming lessons.

Fantastic experience: Me and a group of friends attend here quite regular now, hiring out the hall for Badminton. Staff always seem friendly and quick, setting things up reasonably priced and easy to book things in advanced on that website too.

Negative experience: Swimming pool ok but ile never take my son back for swimming lessons as he was shouted at for not swimming properly it was is second lesson sent email to complain but never heard anything

Positive experience: Ok but a bit expensive (5,50£). Be aware that there is no soap in the showers.

Positive experience: Good swimming pool with attentive teachers, modern building with a large level access parking area and entrance with lift to the second level viewing area and gym. Only negative is the temperature upstairs is always to hot in the viewing area

Positive experience: Basic and small compared to some other gyms, but it's local and it does it's job.

Fantastic experience: The recent gym refurbishment is great, it's a small gym with limited free weight option but the machines of a good standard and effectively cater for all major muscle groups.

Positive experience: A nice swimming pool, but quite basic. The changing facilities look outdated and there was a few of the family-rooms blocked off which was annoying. Other than that, an affordable day out.

Negative experience: Poorly equipped, no power racks, no deadlift platform, no Olympic barbells, tons of other useful gym equipment missing, some useless machines you stand on and they shake, everything is crammed together far to many cardio machines.

Negative experience: After we’ve been travelling the country and using sports centre facilities to have showers we thought we’d visit Abraham Darby sports and leisure well to a disappointment when we ask the usual question is their a facility where we can pay to use the shower, as we were greeted with we’re not really sure I’ll ask my duty manager who was hiding out the back his answer was no because they have children in the swimming pool so I asked do they have a gym and use the showers in there still the answer was no I don’t know why the duty manager could not come and speak to us himself we have travelled this country in the past year and used about 50 sports or leisure centres and they have greeted us and welcomed us some even not charging us for a shower we will not be using this place again think before you do

Negative experience: Really great pool but the place hasn't been cleaned in months.

Negative experience: Be careful signing up, as the only monthly payment seems to be in the form of a Direct Debit through a fixed 12 month contract, which cannot be cancelled. If going, pay per time for the first few months to check if it's for you, and if not, at least you can go somewhere else. I'm tied in for the rest of the year.

Positive experience: I take my kids swimming here. 4,6 and 9. The cost is excellent with a TLC card, the changing rooms clean, lockers are 20p and it's non refundable. The pool is perfect as the depth is adjusted to 1m which works well for kids learning to swim.

Negative experience: My daughters first swimming lesson back, she said the pool was very cold, as well as the changing rooms, since then she had come down with a really bad cold and a persistent cough, that’s caused her to miss a lot of school and her activities. NOT GOING BACK!!!

Fantastic experience: My wife went to aqua class. The water was warm and Jo the instructor was excellent. She explained the routines and benefits of them. Music was great. Covid was covered. We were met at door and asked for our name. Hand sanitizer was very good and lifeguard met you as you entered into the changing area. Very clean and staff very helpful. She is booking for next week. It isJo's last week as she is covering for sandra. She would love Jo to be there on a permanent basis. Great work Telford and Wrekin. Thank you.

Negative experience: Updated from 5* to 2*. Just not good enough in this competitive market. If you're going to charge a premium, then we expect the air conditioning in spin studio to work - it was way too hot, bikes to be in good condition, the instructors microphone to work and the classes to start on time. Shower been 'out of order' for weeks. In the last week alone X2 classes been cancelled at last minute, despite instructors telling us the week before you'll be putting on cover. Instructors are great, friendly. But I will more than likely join another gym when contract is up.

Fantastic experience: After no swimming since March, local pools not open, I searched for a facility that was open and came across this place. I’m so glad I did! They have cracked it! Staff are lovely, helpful and hard working. They clean down all the time and constantly monitor our safety. I’ve travelled 20 miles and would happily do it regularly. Well done everyone

Negative experience: Not impressed at all, kids told they can't have a floating aid, turn around and they are giving them out, when I asked why he said cuz them kids can't swim, didn't even ask if mine could swim, that has the check to tell me I was back chatting him "15 years older that you" not impressed.
