Fantastic experience: The team here have been warm, kind, attentive and extremely helpful since I started going to this gym a few months ago. It’s a great gym, small in size, but all the machines are well looked after and majority of the time available to use straight away. The gym, pool and spa areas are always clean and well looked after. Staff aren’t hesitant to resolve any issues being experienced by customers and members. Special mentions to Alanah, Stevie, Melissa, Morgan & Euan who make this place special.

Negative experience: I didn’t get the treatment I paid for because the therapist insisted she could not do it and asked me to select something else. She was also very rude and reduced my paid treatment time

Negative experience: Basic gym with below par changing facility with bad smells meaning it's not cleaned regularly and currently there is 1 shower to hundreds of people who come through here on a daily basis. It's been this way for the past 5 days at least with no explanation. Crappy comes to mind.

Positive experience: Nothing to flash or fancy was reasonably clean didn't have to pay as was staying in the Hotel.

Fantastic experience: a beautiful spa, the pure spa massages are some of the best I've had whenever I visit Glasgow!

Negative experience: Awful experience here today. Booked and paid for a couples therapy morning for myself and my husband; it was my husbands special birthday. Completely ruined by the fact that the price I paid online was apparently the incorrect price due to a website glitch. The girl at the desk proceeded to speak about the booking and me on the phone rather than actually speak to me; it was very unprofessional. She then explained there had been an issue but when I asked if o had paid the correct price she said yes then gave us locker keys and advised us to go and get ready for our treatments. Whilst waiting in the pool, she came through to advise that we required to pay a further £100. Knowing what we had booked and paid beforehand we were left extremely embarrassed at having to get dressed and leave with no treatments. The most disappointing spa experience ever!

Negative experience: Can't recommend. It was really unclean and even unhygienic. The staff was not accommodating. It's a shame that it belongs to a Hilton Hotel.

Fantastic experience: I love this place are my favourite the water temperature in the swimming pool and the towels that they gave you the jacuzzi and the sauna just relaxing and they are so clean

Fantastic experience: you have to book online beforehand. I booked as a day guest for £ 10 and half an hour later I was in the sauna! The sauna and steam room were lovely and relaxed and the pool was big enough for a swim. The employee, who even speaks German, was very nice and charged my cell phone because my battery was empty. Very helpful! The parking lot was free, but you have to let them know.

Negative experience: Tried to use the sauna steam room which I’ve done every week (Friday) for the past 5 weeks using the hussle app. To be told after purchasing today - we don’t allow Fridays Saturday or Sunday. Even when being allowed access as early as last Friday by Stephen the reception staff. He then came on the phone and lied saying he never let me in last Friday. Which I have the CCTV footage on record for at between 3:10-3:30pm Friday 13th. I also have the valid hussle pass showing as used. Now out of £9 day pass from hussle website due to the Hilton and Stephen lying and saying it tells you on the website you can’t book and telling me they didn’t let me in last week. If you don’t want to allow hussle or third party operators. DONT USE THEM ON YOUR WEBSITE. Shambles of a place. The Hilton has no standards or quality anymore. Chewed up by other operators.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely fantastic facility. The changing rooms were spotless, extremely friendly staff at the front desk and the pool is great. There is also a steam room, sauna and jacuzzi which are all in excellent condition and it is obvious that they are well looked after. The gym is also well looked after with all of the free weights being arranged well and no excess clutter. Would highly recommend this facility to anyone as it caters to everyone’s needs. Will definitely be using this facility more often.

Fantastic experience: Manager is a diamond geezer

Negative experience: The showers are not cleaned very regularly and I’ve had to clean them myself many times to make them usable. I’ve heard many other users comment on this too. The toilets regularly smell of pee, and the changing room is tiny and also not cleaned very often. In the gym TVs or headphone connections don’t work often....the entire place needs a big overhaul. Manager and staff are lovely and helpful but staff do not seem to have the power to arrange cleaning by housekeeping staff. Also the car park is often full so I’ve been unable to use the gym several times a week recently. When I asked about this I was told that nearby office workers pay to use the car park and the hotel management don’t try and limit this as they make money from the car park, so this means that gym guests and hotel guests don’t get to park at times. I’d expect more from the Hilton, this is not 5 star standards.
