Fantastic experience: Go there for cardio rehab with 20/20Health. Really good. Everyone friendly and great equipment. Music not to loud.

Positive experience: Go there 3 times a week. Never too busy, but I do go in the mornings. Equipment not the latest but does the job.

Fantastic experience: Helenswood sports centre is a friendly centre the staff are very helpful and welcoming. There are alot of fitness equipment to choose from and advice if you need it.

Positive experience: Good facilities, disabled parking, they've run sessions specifically for disabled people but there no disabled toilets! Male toilets are distinctly disabled unfriendly.

Positive experience: We had my daughter's 5th birthday here on the 24-11 staff that helped due in the party was great, the soft play & bouncy castle package is really good. My criticism is that we was charged for 2 children that came with the parents and actual child invited for the party which we didn't realise till we got home! So that's a must watch if use for hire.. and we explained we had a face painter coming which they said they have to get insurance for! Which we wasn't made aware of but luckily they said they would let slide just thus once of which I think is there issue!

Fantastic experience: I love Helenswood gym. Its small but has everything you need, the equipment is up to date and the staff are the nicest/most helpful of all the freedom leisure gyms that I've been to.

Positive experience: Essentially a school sports hall. This venue is shared with Helenswood school, so no access to the hall during term school hours. Upstairs dance studio doubles as a children's party area and ground level gym are the two other areas in addition to the hall. Although run by Freedom Leisure, the hall is more expensive to hire than Freedom Leisure's not too far away Summerfields centre. Very limited parking when busy, but can use school car park by entrance. Both the gym and dance studio are modern, well equipped and pleasant. There is a 'cafe' or sorts, i.e. over the counter fresh hot drinks are available with some seating in the foyer, along with a vending machine.
