Fantastic experience: Great Equipment. Friendly atmosphere. Very good advice. It's also quiet during the day so not intimidating at all.

Fantastic experience: While travelling I used this terrific gym. I took a personalized session with Mr. Fraulo. It's amazing to uncover what you don't know until you work with a passionate professional. In that one session I learned so much about proper technique and purposeful training. Anyone living in this area should be grateful for the stellar staff they have access to.
