Fantastic experience: Really good spin and cyc-its classes in a great location and Dave is always on hand to beast you on when you're flagging!

Negative experience: Compared to other private gyms which are within a 10 mile radius of this one the environment and equipment is of a very poor standard. I also found the staff to be uninterested in showing you how to use the equipment and not very welcoming. In future I will either go to Llety Cynin or Formula 1 fitness
