Positive experience: Very Friendly Staff and very accommodating. Showers need updated but overall great pool and water has always been warm.

Negative experience: Leisure centre that needs to be replaced urgently. No longer fit for purpose

Negative experience: Today me my cousins and brother went for a swim in the Templemore Sport Centre we were in there for 20 minutes and a worker came up and told my wee brother to get out of the pool we have did nothing wrong only went for a swim the worker come over and roared with his finger in my brothers face that has ADHD I’ve asked him to talk calmly to him as he has ADHD the worker kept going and told use to get out this was all because we are travellers they discriminated against use

Fantastic experience: My experience at the sports complex are positive , the staff are friendly and helpful , I wish I could say I had the same experience in all Derry's pools , I was actually threatened with violence for undoing a rope that stopped access to swim up and down the pool , This all happened in derrys brand new sports centre waterside , I don't give 5 stars easily , but because of the trying times we are going through , I felt the staff at templmore were brilliant ,

Negative experience: The pool, changing rooms,corridors and any of the swimming area are absolutely disgusting. Dirty, muddy, no toilet roll, driers don't work... viewing area for swim lessons wedged toilets broken either door locks or the seats ,no masks or social distancing and anybody and everyone watching children swim. Just kids instructing and running the show, swim wise anyway. Doors too narrow for a stroller, elevator not in use because of "covid " so you've no way to get up stairs with a stroller or god forbid you needed it as an additional need. You have to go and find someone to come with a key. And don't even get me started pn trying to get a refund. Can't comment on the gym end of things but everything else in relation to swimming was yuk.

Fantastic experience: Great sports centre! The gym has everything you could want, very modern. Lots of classes available. Membership can be cancelled at any time and includes gym, classes, swimming pool and health suite, which is a little dated, but has a steam room and sauna. Can also book the sports halls for various sports and there are squash courts.

Negative experience: The customer service was absolutely and shocking .they we’re stalking us and every time we went out this one member of staff kept saying “if you go out again you’re staying in the changing room and not coming back into the pool”.she kept telling a young girl to get on to us even when she didn’t want to the older girl forced her to say something to us.

Positive experience: Very large complex, with multiple areas of interest. From football pitches, to basketball courts. We have attended swimming pool, with two kids, 3.5 and 2 y.o. There is dedicated family changing area with specious cabins and lockers, that take refundable deposit of 1 GBP. For an hour entry for 3 adults and two young children we were charged £7.50. Absolutely incredibly good value, compared to prices in Dublin. Pool and cleaning areas were all clean and tidy. There is selection of small toys available and pool is being watched by multiple water guards. There is plenty of free car park spaces available.

The toilet seats are filthy and the wall panels, door's have run mark's down them.. Pouring blue stuff down the toilet doesn't mean it's clean Update! seriously nothing has been done about the state of the showers and toilets!!!
