Fantastic experience: Perfect location if you drive. Decent Equipment and Solid Staff, I wouldn't mind 5 more power racks but that's just me. (Many Many Cardio Machines)

Negative experience: Staff was prompt when calling, however ladies section in the gym wasn’t very good, it’s too small and the lack of equipment also. The toilets were disgusting, there was a used toilet brush also didn’t feel the need to go anymore after that. The location was great other than that everything else is a let down

Fantastic experience: My favourite Gym. Classes are brilliant. Staff are the best I’ve seen, always welcoming and fun. All in all it’s the friendliest gym I’ve ever been to.

Positive experience: Photos online make it look much bigger than it is, not that well equipped, ladies changing room has sofas in it instead of benches for some bizarre reason, and the toilets aren't in the changing room either which is very inconvenient. Oh and the showers are scalding hot, so much so that sometimes I'm worried I'm going to get burned!!!

Fantastic experience: Staff as well as other people who regularly go to the gym are really helpful. Bradley was the PT that walked through my free induction. As a new person who has never been to a gym before and were unfamiliar with using most of the machines, this was really helpful. I have been going for 2 weeks now. The car park is main one outdoors (Google Fort Dunlop Office Car Park) and it is massive, you are given a chip and you can get it validated before you leave to ensure free parking.

Positive experience: It’s a nice gym, the 24/7 schedule is what made me choose this gym, at 10-11 pm the gym is empty and you can work quietly. It is clean, but there will always be hairs and lumps of dust on the floor, in the corners. The music should be improved, the same playlist for months, it would be a good idea for new accessories and maybe someone can manage the social media pages(I was looking for the hours for Christmas time and the last activity on instagram & facebook was from last year. But, I’m still going there, because is the best from the area.

Fantastic experience: For real one of the best gym, this gym managing by top and professional ppl also with one of the best team ever I come across, even the gym members are good and friendly ppl. RESPECT to everyone whom running this place always good atmosphere, happy staffs and very clean too.

Negative experience: Members are pleasant people, some of the staff on the other hand... They tell members to clean equipment and re stack weights but don't hold their prized PTs to the same standard. It's like a two tier system I was collared to clean equipment and restack my weights, I wouldn't have an issue if everyone followed the rules. This was raised but nothing came of it.

Positive experience: A great place to train, the equipment could be updated but the gym itself is clean and well looked after and the staff are very friendly.

Negative experience: The gym itself is good and the staff are friendly and supportive, however the billing and customer services are very poor. They are very slow to respond to emails and are not giving people the option to suspend or reduce payments when the gym is closed due to Covid. I asked to suspend my payment for January as soon as the tier four announcement was made and they have instead cancelled my February membership? I would expect a refund for January and for November when the gym was closed (my emails about November have been ignored), or at least to be offered a partial refund. I am very disappointed that they are using the lockdowns to exploit honest customers.

Positive experience: Great gym and good selection of equipment. When went on a Sunday early afternoon, there did not seem to be any staff in the gym.

Fantastic experience: It's got everything you need and there's lots of sanitising too, definitely will be going again just have to pick a quiet time too, March 2022 update since they relaxed the Covid rules they stopped putting the santizer and paper towel out in the main gym areas for members to use. But it's still a good gym and I take my own antibacterial wipes or small spray so it's ok to do this, and went today at about 2pm and it was really quiet so I'd imagine this is a good time to go, as long its not during the holidays.

Negative experience: Signed up set up Direct Debit - gonna charge from day 1 - welcome email arrived but no PIN number - no way to access the gym without this and when I tried to go it was unmanned so couldn't get in. Tried to call, email and FB but although messages have been read I have been ignored now for 5 days.Despite it saying I can request a new PIN via the Website in the email you actually can't! I have to go to the gym to do this. I appreciate its Christmas but there have been 3 working days to rectify this. I am being charged for Christmas so I have cancelled the Direct Debit before payment is due. Really disappointed as wanted to try this gym whilst my Pure Gym membership is frozen! Looks like I will unfreeze Pure Gym as at least I can access all their gyms no problem.

Positive experience: I love this gym. You have got so many different equipments and classes. The gym is cheap compared to the other gyms. When it gets really quiet, it's the perfect place to workout. Bad thing I would say about this gym is that they don't repair equipment quite quickly. I am sure one of the equipments have been under repair for several weeks now.

Negative experience: Wish I could leave a zero star! So for months I hadn’t been using the gym as I was under the impression that my membership had been cancelled. Noticed an amount I didn’t recognise in my statements. Called the number it was their finance department. Queried the payment, found out it was for my 24/7 fitness membership. I was shocked n informed him it had been cancelled months ago, he basically stated that actually it had been on hold not cancelled. Been back and forth emailing to find out that not only had it not been cancelled but it had neither been on hold either : what a joke. Feel conned right now! Thank you for nothing guys !

Positive experience: Gym has everything you need, separate studios one for spin classes and another for all other classes. Best thing though is the staff, very friendly, welcoming and helpful

Fantastic experience: I was extremely pleasantly surprised by this gym. I used to work in Fort Dunlop but never actually trained here, but a few weeks ago I came here on a day pass. It was a much, much nicer environment than I'd pictured from outside, with a much greater range of equipment. And the changing rooms are awesome! I'm currently very happy in easyGym, Birmingham Centre - due to price differences, and ease of access via public transport - but if that ever changes I would happily switch here as my regular gym.

Positive experience: A great all round gym I personally go for the cardio & classes, ( so don't be put of if you're interested as there are all levels of people that go,so you might be surprised) just don't get caught out by timings of the classes as they have an app (which you can get from the play store) it has excellent feature's but the timings are out (not all of them) to the ones on the main desk so make sure you confirm.

Negative experience: Pray this NEVER happens to you. I had an issue getting entry even though i had paid my membership as i worked out the day before at the gym. At 9:30am No one answered the out of hours,no one was at reception and no one answed the main line. For 20mins. A few people who had entry went to look for a person who worked there. 3 came back to say there were no members in the public area that they could see. Called back at 12pm spoke to the manager who stated that they would have been a member of his staff there and he could not offer me any compensation and all he could do was apologise. Its hard enough once the kids are at school to then motivate yourself to go to the gym. The morning i was soo motivated and ready to attack the fat, but instead i was left feeling deflated and frustration with no sense of achievement. Going to the gym is supposed to make you feel that you have accomplished something worthwhile. NOT in this case. Plus there are too many factories pumping out harmful toxins in the air round there. Its a blessing in disguise that i am no longer there. The one on Hagley Road is by far better. It has a sauna and steam room

Negative experience: Was great staff new lads not so great, it's a "nice"gym a mess at times, if your over 16 stone people look at you like you got two heads!! I joined in march big mistake will say now won't be going back!. Dumbbells only go up to 50 if you pick it up it's like big news....and unfortunately some lads don't know how to train so the pt's should be on hand but seem to only want to look at the female members!!

Fantastic experience: Gym is great overall. Parking and pricing is pretty good to IMO. I recently had an dizzy episode and James and Andy (new starter) helped me out Jwhich was greatly appreciated. I hadn't been for few days and luckily it was during manned hours. They bought me an energy drink and thankfully after 20 minutes or so I was fine. Not sure what wouldve happended if it wasnt for their quick thinking so thanks once again!

Rang the main line 5 times for it to be picked up and put down? I work in a gym my self so I was expecting some acknowledgement, I was wrong ‍♀️ I’ll try again another day

Friendly atmosphere, no posers - just ordinary people working out. 3 main rooms - 2 big with 1 having approx 20x treadmills, 20x cross trainers, 20x bikes - the other large room has free weights and linking is a smaller room with multi gym equipment, 2 side rooms hold exercise classes and a spinning room . Lockers and showers (no sauna or pool). Friendly staff, clean and tidy gym at a good price. Open 24/7 and accessed via finger scan. Love the place :@>
