Positive experience: Great facilities and a large amount of activities to offer.

Negative experience: Awful experience here, the pool was absolutely filthy, lifeguards about as much use as a chocolate teapot! Receptionist kept giving an answer for everything like as if we was lying about our experience. 7 kids in the pool not accompanied by an adult and they was purposely causing trouble one even purposely elbowed me in the head and another kicked me in the stomach and the lifeguard was to busy looking at the ceiling to do anything then when we finished and complained had the cheek to say they was doing nothing wrong and that she was watching them the whole time! Will never go back to this place again!

Fantastic experience: Holyhead Sports Centre is a great place to Gym, Swim or Play Activities in the Aports Hall. 5-a-side, Badminton, Basketball etc. Usually always busy but never over crowded. Membership is recommended.

Fantastic experience: Went for the early elderly swim while staying with friends. They both 60+ so free swimming. I paid £3.50 thats £1.40 cheaper than Manchester. Clean. Safe enough to leave your changing things in the changing room. Lockers are available. Water not too cold. Went twice while was there.

Positive experience: Very nice and helpful staff, they are always smiling and do the best At the gym, u can easily find all things what u really need a good workout indeed! So many people visiting this place and I never ever had any issue with clean. Is always nice and tidy! Only one reason why not 5 because the water in the swimming pool is a little bit dirty. All the best for the crew

Negative experience: Wouldn’t recommend this place unfortunately. Karen gave me and my friends a life time ban because I wasn’t very happy that I had to buy at least 3 months membership despite making it clear that we are only here for a few weeks. She ripped up my friends and I’s forms with fury in her eyes. However I have to thank Karen for banning me as it led me to the weight lifting club down the road which is an incredible place with lovely staff and a great atmosphere!

Fantastic experience: There for an induction interview prior to starting an NHS sponsored 32 session health and fitness course. I need to get fitter and lose some.weight or I will have a heart attack . So nothing to lose. Nice friendly people. Very helpful.

Positive experience: The gym needs to be thoroughly cleaned on a regular basis. Customers wipe the equipment after use but the machines, the lord, skirting board etc all need cleaning. There is never a member of staff in the gym either, customers have to ask each other for help, a man fell off the treadmill & there was no-one to help him except us.

Fantastic experience: I just got a membership pass and a gym and pool subscription, and it's simply fantastic! The pool is very clean, warm and well guarded, and the machines in the gym are absolutely latest technology - and the staff are simply wonderful! The only thing that could use a bit of improvement is the cafe...

Negative experience: Came for a morning swim whilst on holiday. Told I must register which costs £16, then a casual swim is £4.50 and I must book online prior to coming. All due CoVid. Very Infuriating.

Negative experience: Swimming pool has no lanes carved out for practice. So any actual swimmers have to weave between a bunch of old people just bobbling around the pool not really doing anything. Other polls in the area have practice lanes

Negative experience: Expensive in poor repair badly in need of modernisation. The pool was very cold and so were the changing rooms.

Positive experience: Came here for a swim session - the staff are BRILLIANT! The pool was nice and cool, big and the changing rooms clean enough.

Positive experience: Not a bad place, but does need some work doing to the swimming pool changing rooms, and showers. And the fact that most of the lockers dont work, which is something that should be sorted, so people can leave their belongings there safetly. Most of the staff are ok, but the lads on duty at the pool tend to pay more attention to girls they see in the cafe, rather than looking out for the wellbeing of the people in the pool.

Positive experience: Very friendly staff and a decent pool and fitness suite. They have different tiers of membership and a quock vis8t can be a little pricey. However, a week's pass works out pretty cheap. Incredibly helpful guy inducted us, a pleasure to see he wasn't jist going though the motions. Enjoyable place for a workout and really nice atmosphere.
