Negative experience: Poor handling of complaints and not enough instructors or support during classes. Dismal communication. Unable to provide copies of policies, procedures, risk assessments or complaints documentation. Roy tried to cancel my 8yr olds membership via text following an unconfirmed incident. My boy has ADHD and had been training for a number of years.
