Negative experience: Lots of people are praising this gym, but out of the many gyms that I have been to, this is one of the worst. Firstly, the space is tiny for the amount of people they take on. It gets super busy. The equipment is often damaged, or broken. They only have one smith machine for the whole gym. The positioning of the equipment is not the most ingenious. For instance, the cable machine is located right by the entrance to the locker room , so it is super inconvenient to do some v-bar press downs as you have people walking around you. Price is alright, for what it is it could be cheaper. There is no proper ventilation within the establishment, so they often have to open the door, which is okay in summer, but cold in these months. On the other hand, the staff are friendly and helpful. If you live in the area the location is convenient, as there aren’t many gyms around.

Fantastic experience: Great gym, has all the important machines, well maintained, good selection of classes, helpful employees and you get access to all of their branches which is quite useful.

Negative experience: Scammers. Be wary. The the stop responding to any email. This used to be my go to gym, but it’s completely changed and I would definitely not recommend it to anyone. Please don’t respond with a bs reply that I should try and contact your gym because that’s what I’ve tried to do for months

Negative experience: I wouldn’t recommend this gym. All the machines are old, small gym, the locker room is generally tight for this money it is better to go to the Gym group conditional.

Fantastic experience: Gabby Gateva was very helpful when I went to sign up for the gym a few weeks ago. She showed me around and explained everything to me. One could see she is knowledgeable and treating every customer respectfully and with a smile. The gym is small but it has everything you would need. Nice community too.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this gym. Been going over 6 months now, the space is constantly cleaned, and the equipment has just been renewed! Friendly vibe, AC on for summer! :) The staff is my favourite part, PT Gaby B. is so absolutely amazing that I have now also started doing individual PT sessions with her, I can only be thankful for so much support ❤️ Manager Andreia is fab, so helpful and clear in instructions, keeps the gym in order and is a lovely person as well! Thank you for such a nice environment, it makes such a difference so to any client’s willingness for self improvement!

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym and friendly personnel. Gaby Braganca was super friendly and helped me with everything I needed, her Zumba classes are the best!!! The whole staff is like a family. The gym has everything I needed, a wide range of quality equipment for my workout sessions. Perfect!

Negative experience: There is one staff member who I'm always worried about seeing because she will make it a very uncomfortable experience for me. If you come in after 10pm she will look at you crazy like she did with me today and started looking around looking for others to help her ridicule me but no one engaged. Then she keeps staring at me while I get ready and finally comes up to me and tells me that she will close the gym in 20 minutes. I tell her I will be out by 11 (closing time) she says no you have to be out 5 minutes before 11. Then she yells the same thing across the gym to everyone else. She also continuously shouts across the gym making it an unpleasant environment. I'm a paying customer but feel like I'm not welcome in the gym when she is there.

Fantastic experience: This gym is always a place that gives me positive energy and great work out. Facilities are nice, staff is amazing especially classes with Gabby G. And Zumba. I can really see my resaults after going to classes for a long time. It is a community fitness so it is easy to make friendships and connections while working out.

Fantastic experience: The good classes are the reason why I am coming to this gym. If you are looking for a great atmosphere, motivation and an effective work-out while having fun, then you should try Gabby G, Rafael, Ramon or Gabby B’s classes (I cannot guarantee the same for the others, I haven’t tried them). I also like the benefit of having the newest BodyTrax machine. In addition Gabby G is always very helpful, greeting with a smile and positivity. She is quick to respond to any questions or issues, ensuring the highest standard of customer service. If you are thinking of signing up to this gym- I highly recommend going to her!

Negative experience: This sunday toilets are extremely dirty while There was 2 staff all gym area was mixed up. Generally- gym area is quite small showers are not amazing as you need to. Keep your hand on buttons to get shower. Also it’s usually very dirty.(depending on the who is working on that day. Overall when you think that paying £29.99(£30) you expect more care and more special equipment. You guys can think to Pay more and go to more larger area… cos Usually need to wait queue for the machines…

Fantastic experience: I’ve lived in Cricklewood for a little while now and I’ve walked past this gym everyday and never went in just to check it out…. I can honestly say that was just a huge mistake! This gym is INCREDIBLE! The minute you walk in the gym is filled with warmth, welcoming vibes and good facilities! (Hair dryer included!) The classes are FUN, LIVELY and just what you need to give you a kick up the BUM! I only wish I had stepped in sooner because I am LOVING IT! SHOUT OUT TO THE EXCELLENT STAFF!

Fantastic experience: I joined this gym a few weeks ago, and I must say, it's been a fantastic experience so far. The staff here are incredibly friendly and welcoming. I've been mainly attending the HIIT and Core Blast classes. Gabi G pushes us to our limits, in the best possible way. She leads all her classes with passion and expertise. Even though I'm not a morning person, her positivity and enthusiasm make every session enjoyable and effective. I always leave energised after both morning and evening sessions. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: The gym is clean and well maintained. The sessions are very good, Gabi Gateva is the best trainer. Her sessions are very well organised and she tailors the workouts according to your personal preferences and needs. The music is very well selected. I like the Zumba class as well. It’s very playful and in the meantime interesting. The cardio class is also very intense and well structured. The price of the membership is very affordable.

Positive experience: Good small gym in Cricklewood. Belen is extremely nice to everyone and HAS to raise her voice about closing times due to the fact that members lack the common sense to leave when it's closing time. She does great classes too!

Positive experience: The gym is actually good. Its space is narrow and some exercise machines are not available but despite that it is fine. However, there is ONE IMPORTANT PROBLEM I need to state. There is an employee called Belen. She is quite rude towards the customers. She starts to announce that she will be closing the gym in 1 hour and continues to shout that she will close it in every 10 minutes. She literally shouts inside of the gym. She shouts so much that I feel like my ears are about explode. Besides that, she forces everyone to get out of the gym 5 minutes before the closing time. If anyone is not fast enough, she closes the lights and threatens to lock them in. Such a rude behaviour is not acceptable. Please discipline this person. Thank you.

Negative experience: They should rename it into Gaffer Gym since half of the equipment is covered in Gaffer tape. Nothing is repaired for almost a year. It’s a joke. Someone please open another gym in the area.

Fantastic experience: I had been going to this gym since 2021, I liked it very much but now moving away to a different London borough. But I recommend this gym since its clean, lots of classes, well equipped. They have very good staffs, they are Energie Fitness’s greatest assets since they provide amazing customer experience, especially Gabby is the best! :-) Thank you for the more than 2 years Energie Fitness and thank you for the nice atmosphere Gabby! Positive experience: Witnessesed a middle-aged staff at the front desk making things difficult for a member. Her behavior was very unprofessional. The member was threatened to cancel her membership due to the negligence and mistakes of the manager. Maybe this gym should choose its management team wisely.

I have been a loyal patron of your gym for the past few months, but the recent events have left me deeply disappointed. Firstly, I have noticed a constant delay in the opening hours of the gym. On multiple occasions, I have arrived at your gym only to find that it is closed, despite the timing indicated on the website. This has not only disrupted my workout routine but also left me frustrated. Furthermore, I have encountered your staff's rude behavior towards me on various occasions. They seem to be disinterested in their work and lack basic courtesy in their interactions with customers. This lack of professionalism is unacceptable and has left me with a negative impression. Finally, I received an email from your gym that left me feeling extremely uncomfortable and threatened. The tone of the email was minatory and went against the basic principles of customer service. Fantastic experience: Nice place, kind staff, security door with cams, good Gym equipment as well!

Negative experience: Did HIIT strength class twice. Room is very small to do running around in there, we all had to be careful not to run into each other. No stretching before or after the class and ignored/fobbed off when mentioned.

Fantastic experience: Long over due! But been a member since they opened up, and no matter what was happening in the world these guys, the staff, treated the business like family!! Being to few gyms in London, but the level of consideration and professionalism these guys have is unreal!! They put the customers first before anything! I had to take some time off for personal reasons, and they greeted me back with open arms, the easiest process I ever seen! The staff unreal! Jao and Paloma make this place feel like you belong there! There is new staff there but they are all Amazing people!! If you want to start your journey or get back into it! Hugely recommended!

Fantastic experience: Love this gym! Joined since the first day they opened and find it one of the best gyms I’ve ever been! The staff is SUPER friendly and the atmosphere is great. Everyone is very respectful and there’s a sense of community. The gym itself it’s small but very well equipped - there’s everything you need for the basics. It gets busy after work but I’ve always been there in peakest hours and rarely had to wait long for a machine. Also the classes I’ve tried were very fun and engaging! Won’t change it for a bigger gym, love the community!

Positive experience: Quite impressive been going gym for years obviously nothing beats a bodybuilding gym but as for the chain versions this individual gym is one is one of the best ones I've been Wembley park energie is a the opposite unfortunately I will do a separate review explaining why.

Negative experience: I’ve been training in that gym for 2years and yesterday I got banned as I didn’t used the booking app, that’s absolutely ridiculous, the assistant manager was coming to me every 5min, interrupting my workout ,complaining about me,fighting with me, saying I’m rude etc.. and on top of that to put someone else’s weights away.. very disappointed with it, if the employee have had a bad day, that’s not my fault, better to get some rest and not to put his anger on the members of the gym. I was told if i go back to the gym, he'll call the police. I never in my life see same this

Fantastic experience: I’ve been working out here for about 4 months after moving to the area, and honestly, this is the best and friendliest gym I’ve ever attended. Staff are helpful, nice and you can tell they’re always glad to show up for work! It’s a small gym, but it’s very clean and there’s all the equipment you could possibly need for a good session. I couldn’t recommend it enough!

Fantastic experience: Energie is a great gym. I like that they give you disinfectant bottles and washable cloths to take with you throughout the gym to wipe down kit as you go. It means people really do wipe things down and generally it is cleaner than other gyms. It's also better for the environment rather than wasting one hundred rolls of blue paper towel. The staff are friendly and although the gym is on the smaller side, the equipment is high quality and they have pretty much everything you'd want. The toilets and general facilities are always clean and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I think this is one of the best gyms I have been at especially as it is super clean, and the staff is really friendly and always helpful. There is a great selection of different classes to book and the equipment is in great condition. Thank you Ben and Vicky for opening such a great place in our area <3
