Positive experience: The equipment is ok, nothing to rave about. I mean there used to be good stuff like the squat stands but only one fixed bench, no portable dips so some popular essential lifts can be difficult when busy. Also, the personal trainers have a habit of seeing to their own needs as a priority over paying customers in the gym; no thought to others a lot of the time.
Fantastic experience: Incredible facilities, always clean and tidy. The staff are really kind and always smiling. Overall, the best gym to use
Fantastic experience: Just joined PureGym having been a member of other gyms these past few years and I have to say I love it. Easy parking, tidy changing areas, plenty of space and equipment, friendly vibe and from what I can see, lots of good support in the gym and on their app. I'm looking forward to discovering more and participating in the classes which are also included in the very reasonably priced non-contract monthly fee.
Negative experience: Isn't it ironic that a gym that promotes inclusivity and fitness for all also has a political agenda, specifically one that promotes the massacre and butchering of innocent children? Also the toilets are never clean.
Negative experience: I never knew gyms had political agendas! Disgusting remarks from the CEO promoting war crimes. I am proud to cancel the membership of my kids.
Fantastic experience: Good level of kit and a good space. Didn't seem overcrowded at 07.00, so I was happy with my first experience.
Negative experience: I have cancelled my membership, moved to the area do had to swap to another gym from Simply Gym in Cheltenham which was very welcoming and friendly, came to puregym...just didn't get the same feeling, staff sit on their phones most of the time very little engagement just didn't get the same feeling from here which is a shame

Fantastic experience: May not be the biggest gym I've been to but has everything I need and not bad a value, too. Great classes as well. Love this gym and their staff.

Positive experience: Bog standard commercial gym...some staff friendly some not so. Latpulldown bar needs replacing. Jay Hunt British mens physique Pro. Also young 20 something PTs ( personal drainers ) telling you how to use equipment because they are not knowledgeable enough to know its an exercise variation. Get rid of them bad for industry and gym or re-train.

Fantastic experience: My second home Always clean and the staff are friendly. Get's so busy at times, but we've always managed to get on the equipment we need to. There is a good range of equipment to choose from for your routine and the PureGym app is outstanding. I'd recommend this gym above any other in every aspect

We’re afraid it's true, our gyms simply are very popular and so can become busy especially at peak times, but this does fluctuate throughout the day and from day to day. To make the most of the space where possible, though, we are always looking to expand and improve our facilities. Fantastic experience: Relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Quite a social place. The staff are all very good, sometimes I can see there busy but they still make time for someone. The new member inductions are very good, engaging and informative but still quite relaxed. Their obviously knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. They have disabled facilities as far as level ground floor, lift access to first floor, disabled WC and nice wide entrance suitable for wheel chairs. A good range of equipment but bare in mind it's a commercial gym. The only critique I can offer is they could do with a bit more space and some open windows to let a bit of oxygen in.

Fantastic experience: I’m not a fitness fanatic but love going to the fitness classes at the gym especially the classes Andrea takes the motivation she gives you should be bottled it’s brilliant and keeps be going

Negative experience: Went to Pure Gym today in Cirencester and Angela the manager was telling a person to get out the gym just for doing handstands She was Red in the face and obviously in menopause Should be sacked silly old woman I liked watching him do his handstands as its showing great balance and strength now I've spoken to the person she banned so with this action, I also have cancelled my direct debit and won't be returning to puregym ever again.I will not recommend this gym to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Really very difficult to fault this place. Equipment is excellent, staff are great. As a gym novice, the personal trainers and classes are highly recommended. Overall, thank you for getting me fitter and stronger

Fantastic experience: As a newbie to gym life I found the whole experience joining simple and love the added bonus of an app . The gym itself is spacious with a good selection of equipment. It has a nice feel/atmosphere too.

Positive experience: I already attend pure gym and I've usually been very happy with them. Pricing is fair. However, even though this gym is slightly smaller personally they have better equipment than the others I've attended. My favourite one currently. Quiet squished during peak times, so would avoid peak times. Other than that fab gym, friendly staff.
Negative experience: like i get there and its big time rammo! Bare ppl hogging all the kit- why not share sets init? Mayb new but BUSYYYYY man
