Fantastic experience: Went to boxing training here. Was hard work but I am very fit now. My girlfriend is impressed with how fit I am.

Positive experience: Good equipment and good place to go if you are looking to get fit. Training isn't very good though if you are serious about boxing.

Fantastic experience: TEBA Ultimate Fitness Class- great class if you are looking to lose weight and get fit QUICKLY!! It’s pretty tough and I guarantee you will sweat your socks off but well worth it when you see the difference in your waist line. Sean is very good at keeping you motivated and encouraging you to work hard. Every class is full of friendly people who are looking for a good/fun workout, they are not there to flex their muscles and make you feel inferior. P.S. it’s highly addictive!!
