Fantastic experience: I'm on a family holiday and I'll be using this using gym for one week - I am very impressed! The 4 rooms boast every machine / piece of equipment you'll need. So much space, very quiet, very friendly and secure. Best gym I've trained in tbh and I've been around!! Thanks to Kirsty for sorting my temporary membership, I'll be back

Positive experience: Good sports centre with all the equipment. Fitness machines and loose weights. Has some fitness classes, check on app for availablity. Has changing rooms with good showers. When I've been not busy and no waiting to use equipment Reasonable prices for membership. Would recommend

Fantastic experience: Great gym facilities, watt bikes, spinning bikes aerobic fitness room, weights room and crossfit style room. Varied fitness classes and nice clean changerooms.

Positive experience: I went here to donate blood, which I recommend others to do to help people around the UK. It took about forty minutes on this occasion, staff are welcoming and reassuring, offering minimal pain and effort on the part of the donor. There is a large sports hall and a gym near the entrance of the building. Members of the public can go there. Changing rooms available. That's all I know.

Positive experience: Overall the larl gym on the left is Good I've been using that for a bit but I wish there was just a small step to train your calves and a pull up bar somewhere that would be great. There is a good amount if cardio machines 4 treadmills a couple bikes and a few elliptical machines. However this gets a ☆☆☆ because I was training my shoulders and traps. Then everyone was told to get out because this one lad was on the stair climber and was doing 3 steps at a time. I think this is highly unfair as I come only to train not to mess about where as 60% of the people who I know come do just come because their mates come and when they are "trying" to train they just mess about and start playing on their phones. I love going to the gym but this one event has disappointed me as I did nothing to get kicked out I am highly disgusted of this place.
