Positive experience: Very welcoming place. Nice cafe, Lovely swimming pool ideal for the little ones of all ages

Fantastic experience: The Leisure Centre is good for swimming as you aren't judged there are steps to make it easier into the pool if you have disabilities. There are different swimming venues. There is also a gym but not been in it.

Positive experience: Staff at the front desk are fantastic. Selection of gym equitment is perfect for my needs. Swimming pool isn't very wide, consequently there are only three swimmings lanes which limits capacity. It is also difficult to watch my sons swimming lessons in the main pool because of the position of the viewing area but we are so lucky to have a local leisure centre

Fantastic experience: Great swimming pools for all the family! The best one locally. Learner pool is a good size aswel as the bigger pool. Summer Splash was fun, during school holidays.. inflatables and music. My children reallt enjoyed it, aswel as myself.

Positive experience: One of the reasons I like Atherstone is because I enjoy going to the pool. I find the changing spaces always pretty clean and the pool tiles always look clean. I’m a regular swimmer and believe some improvement / investment could be made to the facilities (the showers sometimes run too cold and some of the lockers do not work). Overall a good place to enjoy leisure time, staff are fine. My view is that this leisure centre is an asset to Atherstone.

Negative experience: The water in the pool is cold,the showers work only on cold water,the changing rooms really need an update ,such a disappointment because is the only Leisure in the town.

Negative experience: The entrance looks really shabby and untidy. It's like it's being left because it's closing down. Vending machines broken, dirty areas on the floor and just miserable. Certainly doesn't inspire fitness and wellbeing.

Positive experience: I only came for a diabetic eye test, it was clean, and the professional I saw was great.

Fantastic experience: Went for a swim tonight, got a bit lost but the friendly staff stopped me from ending up in the deep end. After my swim I noticed they have what appeared to be free lockers available which is nice peace of mind. The shower was too hot for me to use. Be sure to check the time table and probably book as the pool often has swimming lessons on. The pool is 25m. There was no spa or sauna. ‍♂️ Update: lockers are 50P coin but you get it back.

Positive experience: Pool water just a good temperature for swimming. BUT can't remember the last time the showers were available and piping hot. Today showers were out of order!! If they don't fix them, it makes it too uncomfortable for us older swimmers to enjoy a swim and then have a hot shower before returning home. Very disappointing!!

Negative experience: Many lockers don't work, hairdryer still not fixed in ladies changing room, has been out of order months. Heat in ladies changing room unbearably hot.

Negative experience: Complete disaster. First time swim at around 14.30. Just got in the pool and then they told me you couldnt use the hand paddles for swimming and. ...I had to get out in 7 minutes because there was a birthday party. But...they gave me back my money...

Fantastic experience: Great swimming pool, free parking for 2hrs (still need a ticket). Pool was warm enough, very clean, clean changing rooms, clean toilets. They also have family changing rooms with baby changing tables in them.

Positive experience: Great Aquafit class - the water was lovely & warm. Didn't manage to find a locker in the changing room that locked

Positive experience: Good size and clean pool, though water can feel a bit choppy on Wednesdays (maybe they top up water on Thursday morning?). Staff are okay, they do their job well. Reception staff helpful. The poolside changing rooms could do with an upgrade but otherwise clean.

Negative experience: Very disappointed about this Leisure centre from Atherstone. This is second time in a row when they’ve cancelled my child “due to unforeseen circumstances” . He never got the chance to enter that pool yet.. poor organisation..

Fantastic experience: Lovely swimming baths. We go regularly. The best one around Tamworth. Nice and quite. Toddler fun is great with the floats. Just make sure you get the free parking ticket!

Fantastic experience: I have mobility problem and go swimming, the disabled room is spot on and nice and clean. All staff are very helpful and find my visits quite enjoyable. You'll see me there more often

Negative experience: Staff great. But still preventing parents watching kids swim, so have to wait outside the building until lessons are up. No good explanations given and no ideas when this will ease. Kids being moved up into next lessons have to join waiting list which is frustrating. Perhaps the same elsewhere? Thankfully no complaints from the kids.

Fantastic experience: I learnt to swim at Atherstone swimming baths 25 years ago and have been back today with my baby boy for the fist time and must what an absolute fantastic experience it was. The staff are so helpful and kind and the facilities are absolutely perfect with the family changing rooms and showers. Very clean and safe which make me feel at ease for the whole of my visit. Looking forward to going back and well done everyone at Atherstone swimming baths. Keep up the good work and look forward too my return trip. Thanks again.

Fantastic experience: I am a gym members so the review is about that part of the complex. Staff are excellent and very helpful. Air con is a bonus in the hot summers days. Can get busy but generally I have never found issues. Best gym I have been involved in.

Positive experience: The staff are friendly and helpful. The changes made to the timetable and set up since 2018 have improved the facilities. As of today (march 2020) some kit such as the popular spinning bikes are in need of replacement which is the only thing preventing five stars.

Fantastic experience: Small but that's the nice thing about it. Over 50's swimming gets full could do will lanes e.g. slow ,fast etc but I can't complain . Lovely and warm . Price debatable unless your a resident or over 60
