Fantastic experience: The gym facilities are excellent, but I primarily take my son for swimming, where he had a wonderful experience with the lifeguard. I recall a staff member named Zainab, who was exceptionally caring and attentive toward my son.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic GYM Huge gym floor , Sauna , Jakudzi , all kind of classes from spinning to Blaze etc The biggest trouble here is Parking ‍♂️ apart of that 5* review ️‍♀️

Negative experience: Staff don’t care about any issues raised. Same guy comes and blasts his awful music on his speakers at the same time every evening. Raised it every time to a member of staff but to no avail.

Negative experience: Fantastic facilities inside with great staff, but unfortunately will have to leave 1 star and will be cancelling my already expensive membership by the end of the week. The car park is far too small which means that every time you go at even reasonably busy times (which is the only time I can go with a busy work schedule) the car park is full. This up til now has not been a problem, as there is enough room to park outside of the designated bays without blocking anyone, which I and many people had been doing. However I recently received a £60-100 (depending on when paid) for "not parking in the designated bays). It is an already expensive membership at £210 a month, and to find out just because I go at busy times, I run the very real risk of adding 60-120 to that, makes it not worth it to go here as I could pay that and go to a third space or equinox instead.

Negative experience: I am extremely disappointed with the service and lack of assistance provided by this David Lloyd branch regarding a parking fine I received after my visit. I was invited on a guest pass to trial the facilities and was genuinely considering a membership. However, at no point was I informed that I needed to enter my car registration upon leaving the premises. To access the car park, I was given a code to scan, which I assumed was sufficient. Neither I nor my friend —who does not drive—were made aware of any further parking requirements during our visit or upon leaving. This crucial information was completely omitted. When I contacted customer service to resolve this issue, I was told they could not help and that it was my responsibility to appeal the fine. To note they contacted my friend and not myself with this information. For an establishment with such high membership fees, I would expect significantly better communication and customer support. I strongly advise anyone visiting this branch to double-check parking requirements, as failing to log your registration will result in a £100 fine. This lack of transparency and support has shown me this is not the right gym community for me.

Negative experience: Spoke to 2 members of staff who would not give out the general or assistant General managers email address for me to complain. Instead they told me to come in personally which I explained was not feasible. Disgusted with the service I have received so far when trying to cancel my membership because I cannot book the only class I'm able to use and there is nothing for under 3's.

Fantastic experience: The David lloyd gym in cricklewood is honestly the best gym as they have outstanding,professional,caring,hard working,kind workers called cameron and Rashan. Rashan always helps me when I enter the gym logging in for my son she takes her time and she has the best manners,she is so caring and considerate.she treats everyone equally and with care honestly has resilience Cameron is so kind and is very hard working he tries his at most best for everyone in the gym to be ok he is very polite and has manners.I really recommend you to talk to him is you need help with anything as he tries his best to make things work out he also is very understanding as he showed me lots of thingson the David lloyds app that i still wanted to discover.these individual employees have shown me that they know exactly what to do in their jobs and encouraged me to come to david lloyds gym constantly I really appreciate them aswell.I am really appreciative of them.

Negative experience: It's become really really overcrowded in the last few months and can't get into most classes. The worst part is the spa. It could be so nice but customers are so loud and play their phones really loud which is really unfair to the people that actually want to rest. There is no etiquette and the young staff my age or younger that work at the spa see this. People talk in the saunas and have full phone conversations without care and consideration for others. This really needs to start being taken seriously. My last visit I couldn't use the gym as it was so overcrowded and couldn't enjoy the spa for the reason given. This is starting to become a regular thing. If people can't behave in the spa they should be warned. If things don't change, this review will not be amended, and will make a further complaint. It is obvious when i go to the spa that other people are bothered by these types of customers. Worst case I will end my membership and let people know of my experience. If the issue resolves I will remove this review.

Fantastic experience: It was my first day in the David Lloyd ., Tom has offered me Tour of the whole gym, he have explained me so well each and everything about the club , gym classes everything., I'm happy to be a member of this gym

Negative experience: Unhappy with this gym. Have been a member a couple of months. Its overcrowded. Could be cleaner especially the toilets. They often smell. You have to fight to get a place at certain classes (reformers pilates) if you don’t book within 3 secs of it turning 8pm they're all gone. The spa is not relaxing at all and I often have to wait a while to use steam room or sauna. I especially signed up for the spa and it has not been a nice experience. Customers are loud and it’s impossible to relax. This gym is overpriced for what you actually get. 1 visitor pass a month and they don’t stack or are allowed to use the ‘spa’ unless you pay an extra £40 which I wouldn’t recommend as its not worth it.

Positive experience: I come for classes conducted by Jyotsana Piya shresta and Sara nadilini. These two female instructors are the best and the most hardworking instructors in this club. They always come up with new workouts. It is never the same exercises everytime. Also, I have a request to make. One time, there was a substitute instructor, i guess her name was fozia abbasi, she came to conduct the zumba class. I still miss her energy. She was a class in herself. I have taken several zumba classes here but everytime there are same moves, same old songs which are boring for me atleast. I have never seen that instructor (fozia) in david lloyd again. Special request to give her atleast one class in david llyod cricklewood. We need someone with energy like her. She is the man, the myth and the legend

Fantastic experience: We came to have a look at the gym and Kevin showed us around in a nice tour! The options are yearly and also monthly. We opted for the latter for the flexibility. Gym has nice equipment, classes and also a pool!
