Fantastic experience: Showers not working at the moment but great swim fantastic staff.

Positive experience: Services and Equipment at the facility are incredible however when i began the process of cancelling my membership i was told i would not be charged for the next month, which i was, upon going over i was told that the general manager would be in touch. I waited for this phone call for a week before going back over and then being told that the general manager could not have done anything and given a new number to call, upon calling i was told that the employee who informed me i would not be charged had instead meant i would not be charged for the following month. Overall the gym and swimming pool itself are wonderfull however process for cancellation could use some work.

Fantastic experience: Great place, clean with friendly staff. Book online, and you can call and confirm bookings, times, etc. We went on Sunday and it was quite quiet. Remember, in the big pool, don't go past the no swim line for non swimmers, even if you're teaching your child to swim. Life guards are really pleasant and explain everything without the need to blow a whistle at you, which I found refreshing. Lovely staff all round so pleased, will return again.

Positive experience: Needs more tables and chairs, every fights for window sests to watch their children. A few more over by the windows looking towards the car park be good. Nice to sit and have a drink whilst waiting then.

Fantastic experience: This building may look shabby on the outside but what a gem of a find. The staff are brilliant, so friendly and helpful. It's always clean and tidy, even the pools changing rooms etc are well looked after. The gym is modern with the equipment well maintained, I just need to find a time more suitable for my needs. The children's swimming lessons are well structured and well worth the money. I think they are very cheap compared to other places. If you're looking for a local gym or swimming pool, I highly recommend this place

Positive experience: It was fab getting back to swimming after so long. However, customers need to be told of the procedure prior to attending as it was confusing what needed to happen. For instance, no shoes but no indication if flip-flops are allowed. You're allocated a rubber band with a number and your changing cubicle correspondes with it, which is fine, but cubicle was ALL wet and no hook on the door for your belongings. (I guess this is as a result of them being cleaned.) After changing you take your belongings to a clear storage box, which is located pool side, with a number which correspondes with your rubber band. After your swim you're meant to go back to your changing cubicle, however, someone else was in mine and I had to use another cubicle which hadn't been cleaned. Luckily there were some kind swimmers who instructed me and was very thankful for, although this is the job of the staff. Come on guys, we're not all mind readers.

Fantastic experience: First day reopened after lockdown 2 and was amazed at how well organised it was. Designated cubicles and storage boxes. Well done.

Negative experience: Shame no one can simply pick up the phone. Was a kid outside injured and they just sit about watching the phone ring absolutely useless. No wonder they are working on the desk.

Fantastic experience: Went yesterday to enquire about a trial before joining and the staff I came into contact with were very helpful and nice especially kerys on reception. Working as a receptionist myself I know how hard the job can be and never get much credit for what we do. Keep up the good work and no doubt I will join if the first impression is anything to go by

Negative experience: I haven't been there for years. Used to go there when in school that's when the ceiling tiles weren't falling on your head. I remember one of my class mates using on of the tiles as a floatation device ha ha. Good times.
