Fantastic experience: Great local leisure centre, pool - great for kids learning to swim, fun in the holidays or Lane swimming. Classes, gym, sauna etc. Lovely staff.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely brilliant place, very friendly staff, great activities with great trainers. Free fitness weekender is fantastic, so many classes to choose from, including new releases and never seen before classes. Cannot find a better place to spend the entire weekend. Marvellous!!!!

Positive experience: Good parking at the venue, very courteous bar and reasonably priced. Food wasn't good on this occasion but didn't ruin the reason for being there. It was a nice little finish with some speeches and the odd award thanks for hosting the event Totton

Fantastic experience: Really enjoy Karen’s yoga classes. Excellent instructor, explains movements really well & suggests alternatives for those with physical issues. Always encouraging & focused, & varies the classes each week. Brilliant, just a shame she doesn’t do more classes

Fantastic experience: Used this centre for years, my wife and I have always enjoyed the spin classes that are held at various times of the day throughout the week. Instructors are excellent and very motivational in striving to get that extra bit of effort from you. Spin bikes are top quality (replaced 12 months ago) and the gym has recently been refurbished to a high standard. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Fantastic experience: Have recently started spin classes with Toby at Totton and have found them very good for improving my general fitness. Toby instructs the class in an encouraging way and pitches the session to be challenging but not impossible for new and experienced spinners. You need to be a member of the centre to have any chance of booking onto his early evening sessions though!

Positive experience: Great to have Toby doing Friday morning spin.... always consistently good, and fab well put together music . Will definitely renew membership now !

Fantastic experience: I had never thought I would feel comfortable walking into exercise classes, but after forcing myself in, the amazing instructors and friendly atmosphere has totally changed my confidence, attitude to fitness & relationship with my body. Thanks to everyone here, I have discovered fantastic ways to manage stress and feel strong and in-tune with my body for the first time. Special thanks to Toby, Carlton, Kay & Suzeanne - supportive instruction and motivation has been transformational for me, and I would never have believed that it could be when I first walked nervously into a class.

Positive experience: Regularly use this for Spin and Pilates and, apart from the difficulty in getting into classes, (perhaps that's a good thing) I never have any issues. Instructors are good and I always come out feeling that I've had a good workout. Times and variety of classes have improved since the new year.

Positive experience: Good sport centre with two pools a baby and adult pools. Has a good gym and sports hall

Negative experience: It seems everytime I go to the gym another piece of equipment has broken or is badly worn, with long delays in fixing or installing replacement parts. Staff suggested new updated equipment was being brought in for this time last year but still nothing.....

Negative experience: There is just not enough public/lane swimming time in between all the other pool activities that are put on constantly. it is supposed to be a public swimming pool but there is never public swimming it’s a joke!

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff, good instructors, nice crowd. These classes are really popular so booking is difficult. They could really do with running more classes.

Positive experience: Normally a good leisure Centre.....however, very slow to update when pool not open! Checked website twice now prior to arriving and pool closed. Try to fit swims in around work

Positive experience: A popular and busy leisure centre. The app works well for booking classes and the gym is clean with new machines. The class instructors are varied in style but all knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Classes can be disorganised with lack of equipment and support for instructors.

Positive experience: Decent pool, bit pricey for an hour swim, good facilities, clean water. Changing room floors a little slippy probably from showers. Overall an OK spot for a swim

Fantastic experience: Long overdue swim time with kids. Reasonably priced, clean pool & changing areas. Only 6 or 7 others in pool while we were there (11:45 ish on Sunday)which was great. Friendly staff. Will be going more often.

Fantastic experience: It’s pretty decent here I’ve been using the facility for a year and other Newforest health and leisure gyms. Frequent users of this gym sanitise the equipment they use here after their workouts at this gym but do not do it at the ringwood branch I don’t know if this is because of the fact they see others doing it or it has been enforced more. Please if you are one of the staff reading this can you please get a weight dip belt with a chain, they are cheap and would get used a lot

Fantastic experience: The staff have gone above and beyond, to create a safe enviroment to exercise in. I've been injured, and was worried about visiting again. So pleased I did, and now on my way back to fitness. Thank you team Totton Health & Leisure.

Negative experience: Apparently their facilities are ok, however spending tons of time on hold waiting to speak to someone is not great, won't be visiting unless they get someone to pick up the phone!

Fantastic experience: I have only been back for 2 days but felt safe plenty of staff on duty cleaning machines and equipment I was concerned about returning but am happy that I have.

Positive experience: The pool is is okay. It can sometimes actually be pretty cold. I would suggest adding a slide or flume in the big pool to make it thst little bit better.

Fantastic experience: Complaint Why has the swim times changed for the elderly ? Not only is the pool used for health reasons companionship built up over time, which is just as important in health, has now been lost to them. Every time changes are made I have noticed you loose more people and revenue

Negative experience: problem is trying to contact them. most days you just get stuck on the holding music. this happens almost every time i contact them. they need to sort out the phone system. i end up driving there to book. ridiculous.

Fantastic experience: The cleanest swimming pool I have ever been to. Really attentive lifeguards. Very impressed!
