Negative experience: Wasn’t allowed in from one of the staff then accused us of not trying to pay when we had a member ship then wouldn’t letme pay with card

Positive experience: I've been going here on and off since about 2018, although I had a long break from March 2020 until mid 2023. Thankfully my membership details were still on the system so I'm back and doing my best to attend regularly. I haven't visited any other gyms but have always found this one to be friendly and helpful with enough activities and machines to minimize waiting (there's always something else I can do). Overall it's near to work, a reasonable price and works for me.

Fantastic experience: Small fitness centre on Salisbury district hospital site. Gymnasium and swimming pool. Not busy in the gym any day so no waiting for the machines. Good wheelchair access. Recommended.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant staff and equipment are mostly modern with digital screens. You can book a trainer who is happy to help with training plans. Not as busy as mist other gyms in Salisbury. You will need to check their opening times, though. Located inside Salisbury District Hospital and has a fair amount of parking space close to it. There's also wheelchair accessible parking and entrance.

Fantastic experience: The Leisure & Fitness Centre at Salisbury District Hospital (Odstock) is friendly, comprehensive (Gym, Pools, all styles of exercise classes) and affordable. Qualified instructors offer informed advice and guidance to able-bodied, disabled, and/or injured students of all ages. If you are considering joining a gym / leisure facility, but are a bit shy and reluctant, don't delay. Join this centre, you won't regret it.
