Negative experience: Nice gym facilities with lots of equipment. Changing rooms, toilets and showers where disgustingly filthy though. It looks as if the tiles in the showers haven't been cleaned in weeks!

Negative experience: The only good thing about this gym is its location. In contrast, the staff are really rude and lack basic manners. They don’t even offer a smile. I feel really uncomfortable in this gym.”

Negative experience: Bog standard commercial gym - the equipment is adequate but virtually impossible to use as it’s always packed; attempting to work out and sustain any momentum is impossible as every machine/bench is constantly occupied by someone who is either chatting to their mate or scrolling through Instagram

Fantastic experience: Busy tonight, but still managed a decent workout and got use of most things needed.

Negative experience: They rarely refill the drinks and water just comes out and I can't change it because I have to wait 20 minutes

Negative experience: Staff are very rood! I have been member here for about 8 months they never say hello or engage with customers at all at least for me ! The other thing it’s being more than 10 days the wifi not working I have reported it to one of the staff and the reply was they can’t do anything! I said at keast report it to the management so they can have a look but it’s clearly they don’t care.

Positive experience: Gym itself has a nice atmosphere and the staff are friendly and approachable. The mens showers are gross, they stink of blocked drains and are regularly closed for maintenance even after the refurb. The car park is large and never full but despite this the spaces are tight and it's run with ANPR cameras which will fine you if you stay longer than 3 hours or come back later the same day to visit Subway, B&Q etc. Car park also has a couple of brutal speed bumps which will wreck your suspension.

Fantastic experience: Great gym all brand new equipment just fully refurbished love it ! I just changed from the cardiff Bay pure gym as is not that good all the equipment is either broken or leather on machines worn nearly all the time there's a machine broken and it needs updating really as does not look that clean! so I got plus membership now so I can choose where to go when I want ! Pure gym is a great place though will always be my go to gym ️‍♀️

Positive experience: Great gym but gets a little busy at peak times, " but that's the same with any gym " showers are a pain due to how many time you need to press the button . Building is normally clean

Fantastic experience: A lovely gym Really friendly place and that includes the staff. Sion the manager is very approachable, knowledgeable and always happy to help. Lockers and showers need an upgrade but I wouldn't go to any other gym.

Positive experience: Nice big open plan gym, clean and friendly PTs in house. Lots of well attended classes. Only critical point would be far too many cardio machines. Most of the running machines are empty whist the strength and conditioning section could be bigger. Rebalance of equipment is needed.

Negative experience: was picking up one of your members to take to Bristol airport, tryed both the 369 number and button on the left hand wall for assistance but no one came,

Negative experience: I’m a regular user at this particular gym from 20:30 onwards and recently it has attracted unwanted attention from youths messing around on machines and distracting other gym members. This is concerning and must be actioned. Gym staff are present but are not confident to tackle the issue. This should not be happening in gyms.

Fantastic experience: Great gym, loads of equipment for all levels of fitness. Peak times can be a bit packed out but if you can avoid those particular hours its not too bad.

Positive experience: I rejoined today after enjoying outside exercise through the summer. Had a great workout and looking forward to signing up for some classes. I wish there were more areas or space to do dead lifts on a firm floor.

Negative experience: Firstly, it is always crowded and we have to wait for a long time for the machines to be released, and secondly, there are not enough machines and just occupied the whole gym with cardio machines.

Positive experience: Can’t complain too much for the price, a nice big gym with lots of equipment and good size free weights area. Good changing facilities, showers are generally clean and tidy.My only complaint is just how busy it is. Even though it’s a big gym it can get crazy busy to the point where you can’t workout properly because you are waiting for equipment or simply can’t get on anything. The only hope you have for a quiet workout is late at night or before 6am, puregym maybe need to review how busy this site is and look at the possibilities of expanding it.

Positive experience: Brilliant classes however, One class was cancelled without much notice on Pure Gym's behalf. Also for customers other than the top tier membership, it doesn't give you much access to any classes just the extra £2 charge yoga. This I find is pretty poor as it discriminates against the other members. These issues are why I scored a 4 and not a 5.

Fantastic experience: Did a LBT class tonight with Josh. Really good class. He was very engaging and enthusiastic and actually did the class with us ! It was much better to have a longer session as I think half an hour is sometimes not long enough. Will definitely book other classes with him.

Positive experience: This isn't my usual gym I've just visited it while I was away, the equipment it's very much out of date with some machines very hard to work on, they could do with an update or repair

Negative experience: No one on cadio machines…..Weights too busy, maybe time to look at reallocating space? You seriously need to up the number of cable machines. Was there an hour and none available

Fantastic experience: Extremely convenient, with enough kit to get by, although I have used other pure gyms with now better equipment so I think it could do with an update. All staff are friendly and helpful. All in all good value for money.

Negative experience: To small to full people sat on phones taking up machines don't like it at all

Fantastic experience: I go here for 6am and always feel safe. Nice staff and the machines are easy to use.

Positive experience: Okay gym, great working hours (24/7), but pretty much always busy (specially the upper body machines/weights). Also, it's always a treasure hunt to find dumbbells, as they are never on their places.

Positive experience: Only grip I've been having is lack of employees, the times I've been there with how long I stayed, I never seen one staff member

Negative experience: Showed up to train at 8pm not having been to a PureGym before, couldn’t pay online so I was pressing the assistance button for around 20 minutes and no sign of any staff member coming to help. Made me feel a idiot so don’t think I’ll step foot in a PureGym, not that I ever could in the first place lol

Positive experience: Really good. Really tidy and clean considering the circumstances. Saw 90% if people wiping down equipment after use and social distancing was being followed as best as it could be.
