Positive experience: The showers need more regular love, the drains are pretty dirty. Otherwise one of the cleaner pools in the area. The teaching pool has an ok temperature and the swimming one is perfect

Positive experience: We take our daughter swimming here. It's a great place. Things seem to be routinely broken though: toilets, showers, fridges. Nothing a good maintenance manager couldn't own. Other than that, the place is modern, clean and the staff are excellent.

Negative experience: Very unhappy with the level of service when it comes to swimming lessons for my daughter. She went up into green hats 4 weeks ago and not once has she had the same instructor, last night she didn’t have one at all and the instructor for yellow hats was thrown under the bus and had to take my daughters class as well as her own. Very disappointed!!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: Large local community sports centre. Gym is pretty good, the machines are all a bit tired but they work and the gym is clean. Very busy in the evenings, mornings are better. 2 pools, Children and lane pool. Website is a bit of nightmare when it comes to finding out if the pools are available, we tend to call to confirm. Edit: True to the comments from the owner, the gym has replaced the vast majority of it's equipment with brand new weights machines. Really great local gym.

Negative experience: Not very well designed. Seems to be a lot of wasted space. Could do with a fun family pool and more room in the gym and studio.

Negative experience: When placing a booking on line, i have on several occasions turned up and a badminton court is not ready in spite of me or my partner making a booking and following the correct process. The excuse "We don't check for on line bookings" was presented as the reason. As we follow the process and protocol given to us to book a court I don't see how it's our fault that the staff don't check on line bookings to prepare a court. Last week we arrived to play badminton and there was a disagreement between a member of reception staff and leisure staff due to our booking a court and some rain damage and once again disorganised staff telling me ......" these time slots should be blanked out...we have damage, how did you book? We don't check for on line bookings" and then eventually a stroppy disgruntled member of staff reluctantly sets up a badminton court and makes us feel as if we have done something wrong.Its ironic that this business spends time checking Google reviews and responding using their time and resource. Maybe try and improve the customer experience and check on line bookings a couple of times per day.

Negative experience: Swimming pool is nice IF you can get in. Website is dreadful. The lovely receptionists know this, but management or central office or the coding team who sort the website don't care. It isn't clear that you have to pre-book for some swim sessions and you only discover this when you're there with a sad child who can't swim. Once in the pool is nice enough, the changing rooms are good. I'm fed up with the lack of care about managing the website so I'll actively investigate other places to swim if the the whole experience is more rewarding elsewhere.

Positive experience: It's OK, convenient, affordable and a nice location. The only complaint would be that too often the blue rolls dispenser are empty, making it impossible to wipe the sweat when changing station.

Positive experience: Took baby swimming, good pool and teaching staff. Haven't explored all facilities but the pool and changing area are to a good standard.

Positive experience: Good leisure centre, pool, gym, classes and other sport facilities. Quite an expensive membership for what you get especially with the size of the gym and thus the quantity and quality of equipment; but it has everything to make any workout possible. Very clean and tidy with lots of cleaning facilities available. Good size pool and types of classes available. No sauna or steam room which is disappointing, again given the high price point for membership. Staff always friendly and happy to help. Main centre for those in Brackley area so kind of forced to go with it unless you'd want to drive +15/20 minutes every time you want to go, however it is pleasant and would be perfect with a slightly lower price point for membership.

Fantastic experience: Always a friendly welcome, very helpful staff. The equipment is kept in good clean condition and are well spaced.

Fantastic experience: I joined the gym early January 2020, all of the equipment is well maintained and new. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. One in particular called jack has gone the extra mile to help me during my work outs. I would recommend this gym for people looking to start or are already experts. The only downside is that it can get a bit over crowded, but I am guessing most gyms are like this after the holidays.

Positive experience: Good equipment. However not enough staff monitoring equipment usage and gym etiquette. And such users are using squat rack and dead lift Olympic bars for 20kgs exercises rather than the pre made barbells which go up 45kgs. Members "using" three pieces of equipment at once by constantly hoping between them for some make believe super set of 10kg exercises. Members using 3 pairs of dumbbells at once. And have also seen members use the squat rack for a place to steady themselves for some leg balance exercises. A coat rack and pres up's, gym staff should move members on to the correct equipment and educate them.

Negative experience: Never answer phones and arrived on a Saturday and said main pool open. Took the money but didn't advise only 2 lanes open to accommodate everyone. So charged full price for a third of the pool. Much better pools out there.

Negative experience: Facilities are poor, so's the carpet. Staff is amazing, the only reason i come, especially that tall, dark haired gem of an RA who works incredibly hard on a Thursday and Monday evening. Someone should give that guy a RAISE.
