Fantastic experience: Comfortable atmosphere and upto date gym and swimming, all kinds of sports available as well as a load of classes. And a great wee Cafe to have a bite to eat and a hot brew.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely wonderful experience at the Gracemount leisure centre! The staff were amazing, very friendly, helpful and polite. I felt so welcome and I will definitely come again. Special thank you to Callum and Katy and the other 4 swimming instructors, whose names I didn’t capture. They provided some free helpful advice for me as a hopeless swimmer!

Fantastic experience: When I went here for my freinds swimming lesson I just sat here for a hour but the staff complained me helped me when the vending machine wasn’t working they used there one money to buy me my snack the staff are very helpful and hyper but they don’t pester you they always smile at you and are really kind definitely recommend going here

Positive experience: Why on earth is there not a proper drinking supply here. Basic requirement is to be able to top up your bottle whilst using a sauna

Fantastic experience: Good facilities with a friendly vibe a well equipped gym and nice clean pool area. The staff are great, always willing to help and they certainly seem to enjoy a bit of banter with the centre users and are very encouraging about keeping fit and well

Fantastic experience: Just took my son to ASN Swimming session at Gracemount leisure centre. It was so good. The staff were great and there was no noise just the kids enjoying themselves. Plenty of pool toys to play with. Will definitely be going back.

Negative experience: Lady told me that my shoes are dirty even though I could spot numerous people with dirtier shoes bearing in mind that was encounter was at 8 o’clock therefore hundreds of people would of had their dirty shoes in the surface.

Positive experience: Went for "lane swimming" as per timetable online. Unfortunately, there were only two lanes available. Staff didn't put lanes after "casual swimming" was over. Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Gracemount leisure centre for over 4 years, I work out in the gym 4 to 5 days a week. Jake and his team absolutely amazing always very helpful Recently Louis been trained in boxing I’ve been having some 1 to 1 sessions with him I’ve been absolutely love it !!! I just wish if more stuff can train for boxing so we can have it as part of gym, circuits classes as every ones favourite ❤️

Positive experience: Attending physiotherapy clinic.The upstairs cafeteria area was a mess,The tables required to be cleaned water/ juice on the floor( slip risk) and a blue bucket with paper in sitting I middle of floor.

Fantastic experience: I recently joined this Gym. I mainly use the gym component of this leisure centre. The gym is nice and calm. It can be crowded at times but it is quiet on most occasions. The only problem that I face is having kids and teenagers occupy the machines and squat racks and not doing anything. NB: the gym was updated on November 2023. Since then, it has definitely improved

Negative experience: Impossible to book a lesson with the app or online and equally impossible to ask the reception for help because they say you can book online but the site doesn't work. If you ask for help in the chat after a question they disconnect. Very disappointed

Fantastic experience: The receptionist is always friendly and helpful. The wet changing is clean and well set up, especially for bringing kids. My one-year-old loves her swim sessions with Sheila!

Negative experience: My son is 17 years old since he was 15 years old you take £10 why today £25 was withdrawn from my balance

Positive experience: Depends what you want. Small pool. I haven't used the gym but the badminton courts are heavily lined making difficult to interpret and sloping roof is not ideal. Same design as a number of Edinburgh leisure centres. Good at what it does.

Fantastic experience: First time to Gracemount Leisure Centre and it was great. It was definitely covid safe with plenty of hand sanitizer and cleaning equipment for the machines. The staff were really helpful and friendly too. The leisure centre itself is very clearcut in its layout so there was no nervous wondering around praying and hoping you're going in the right direction. Can't wait to go back! ‍♀️‍♀️

Fantastic experience: I like this leisure center. Very convenient to commute from my place. Place is quite neat and well maintained. Staff is very polite and helpful. My kids enjoy going for classes.

Negative experience: The staff really don't know what they are doing. Every time a new staff member is appeard and explaining a different rule in one month this is 3rd time they do like this. When I told we guys are coming here from last whole month no one inform us but the big guy said its not my fault may be he thinks he is not member of the team working inside the place. When we are speaking with deputy manager a member of staff appeard and start arguing.....horrible. I recommend that the staff need a meeting about rule and regulations before implementing on people

Fantastic experience: I joined this gym 2 weeks ago .l can honestly say the staff are all very helpful especially lesely who on joining was amazing.she was so helpful which gave me confidence joining the gym at this worrying time and also made me feel very wellcome to the centre.great customer service.l would highly recommend joining this gym.

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff and clean facilities. Mainly use the gym, which has a good selection of equipment to suit everyone. Not the biggest gym, but space is used well. Includes a power cage and free weights sections and a separate lifting platform.

Negative experience: Booked for a family swim, excellent that my grandson was able to enjoy the inflatable assault course he is 3. However the pool is too small to house such a large inflatable and still be open to the public for swimming. The water temp could also do with being turned up a degree or 2

Positive experience: Nice place but very dirty. Our friend hired a place for a birthday and toliet facilities looked like they never been cleaned. Good point was that staff cleaned everything straight away when asked.

Negative experience: Unfortunately, the public swimming lanes appear to be policed by local swimmers, or 'lane sheriffs' as I like to call them....that seem to take offence to you being quicker than them or if you use training equipment. Edinburgh Leisure's lack of a defined policy on the use of training equipment does not help either. I was left with a sour taste after I was lambasted by a fellow swimmer for using hand paddles on the premise I 'could have' injured him. I had, up until this point been using training equipment in Public Swimming lanes in Edinburgh Leisure pools without any issues. On raising a query with the manager around this, I was told training equipment is banned. A shame really, because the staff are friendly and the facilities are good. Unfortunately I will not be back as a result of this incident and lack of a defined policy.

Fantastic experience: Sexy fortnite is a good one and I love the idea of the people who are in the Middle East and the people who are in the Middle East and the people who are in the Middle East and the people who are working in working in the morning UK and are have the most most important day of the day for the children who are now in the office with the children who have been working on the website for the last couple but they have a couple of other things that will not have a better idea I will have more of them to be honest with them in the next couple of months

Positive experience: It has many facilities but we use it for badminton. There are 3 courts available and booking online is hassles free! Also you can pay with PayPal. Also word of advice, avoid the court number 3,we have lost there numerous shuttlecocks!
