Negative experience: Some of equipment is old,could do with up dating,some are broke,no cups with water fountain. No music just TVs on mute ???

Positive experience: It's not a David Lloyd, but neither is the price, it's very very basic, no personal trainers, no showers, no sauna, equipment is quite old and needs updating, however if you know how to train it's ok, but don't need advice on how to use the equipment, or any advice as to which equipment/weights to use to loose weight or gain weight, you won't find it at this gym.

Fantastic experience: Great small gym with the right amount of gym equipment needed.

Negative experience: Appalling customer services. I sent an email 2 months ago and no one replied; I went in to talk to someone, there was no one on reception; l called and left a voice message and no one bothered to call me. I finally got hold of someone today which was the very last time I was going to try, she said they never got my email (convenient); someone should have left a note on reception (they didn’t) and they couldn’t hear the telephone number of the person who left a voice message (convenient). First impressions count!

Fantastic experience: This is a friendly local gym great value for money and the staff are absolute treasures I enjoy working out here it's a great atmosphere
