Negative experience: Have been a member for over a year now. I have a raised an issue about the sauna not being warm enough to even break a sweat multiple times and nothing has been done. The steam room has also been closed for months. It is not fair to advise these on the membership if they done not function. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend joining.

Fantastic experience: Great facilities. Gym. Pool. Sauna. Hot tub.

Fantastic experience: Lovely swimming pool and gym. The pool area, gym, and changing facilities were all lovely and clean and well maintained. Visited while away on a family break and had a great time.

Fantastic experience: Friendly and welcoming club. Lots of classes and nice clean gym with good equipment. Changing rooms clean and tidy. Swimming pool is really warm and plenty of room for aqua classes and swimming. Jacuzzi really nice too.

Positive experience: Great gym, clean facilities, new jacuzzi and friendly staff. The swimming pool is nice but the temperature is never consistent and often too cold. It used be warm but now often too cold which is disappointing.

Negative experience: I was a member for around 6 months I thought this would be a great gym as private and more expensive to others around but I didn't like it at all they have way too many members so parking was always a issue and even getting on equipment could take a while depending on the time of day I went, the classes were often busy and the music far to loud in classes why does it need to be so loud?!?

Fantastic experience: Nice gym with a pool, spa, steam and sauna. Gym is air conditioned and has been refurbished recently. You can eat at the club house which is a five minute walk or a minute in the car.

Negative experience: Nice gym and pool, music way too loud, know your clientele, if you don’t come with a headache you’ll leave with one

Negative experience: Absolutely appalling attitude from staff in response to my concerns of no social distancing and a lack of gym etiquette. My partner and I went as guests to the gym this morning with my parents who are members and after the first 10 minutes a group of young boys came in and stood gathered around the dumbbells leaving hardly any room next to my dad who was using the squat rack (they were so close my dad bumped into the arm of one of the boys when doing a squat) I went to reception and spoke to Kerry to ask them to help and I was told that since the government had no policy with gyms there was nothing she could do; her advise to me was to “use my girl power and squeeze through”. I was so disappointed with this response and found it completely unacceptable that there was no consideration for the lack of gym etiquette from these boys. It became so intolerable that both my parents and my partner and were forced to leave. On our way out we met the estate manager Darren Gardener at reception who didn’t seem too bothered at all with this behaviour and did not care that we had been forced out of the gym; he did not even offer a refund of our guest passes. As someone who works in Healthcare, I find it disgraceful that a private gym and members club conducts their club in such a way especially given the growing concerns with the new COVID-19 strain being more contagious than ever. I will not be returning and I think the staff at the Warren Active need to think carefully how they want to conduct themselves with health and safety policies and gym etiquette rules.

Positive experience: I love to come to the gym as a member. If I honestly have any gripes it would just be that they need to put in a new jacuzzi as the one there is tired and often broken. The other is that despite everything else being clean, I'd say the changing room floors need some deep cleaning attention more often. All being said, good staff, great facilities, nice location.

Negative experience: The swimming pool is often freezing cold. It is filled like a domestic pool straight from a hose running off the mains. Apparently there is no plans to upgrade this system despite . Lots of attention paid to the new gym customer service very poor. promises

Positive experience: I originally had given them 4 stars as they were new, clean and the staff are very friendly! But the sauna was never hot enough to make you sweat, which defeats its purpose! I had mentioned so many times about it and they are just trying to pretend it's not an issue. I find cheeky to advertise a sauna when it's not actually functional and it's cheeky to pretend the problem doesn't exist! I've been a member now almost a year and the problem always existed and it was never fixed. :/ The annoying thing is that I've joined this gym because they had a sauna and I get in and I don't sweat a drop?! Very disappointed

Fantastic experience: Love coming here since the refurbishment, the staff are always helpful and friendly. Thursday evenings Aqua aerobics and Body pump are hardwork, but so rewarding.
