Negative experience: The owner is an old disrespectful individual, who treated me as a new member with so much disrespect. I did some squats and forgot to remove the weights. Instead of just asking me to remove the weights which I did, he said i am not your mother. When I finished removing the weight, I went back to him to say you did not have to bring my mother into this. You should have just asked me to remove the weights which I did and I learned from that. His respond was; it is my gym and I can talk to you how I please and if you don't want it I will refund your money. Acting like he was squaring up to me.How disrespectful; I asked him to go ahead and refund my money and he gave me the £15 balance of my subscription as I was half way into my subscription. I don't know if he treats other members like that or it was just me. If you want to go to a gym where you will feel respected I will recommend not thinking of this gym. My experience was horrible and the owner is trash.

This gym has to be the best, raw gym I’ve ever been too equipment & the amount of machines for each muscle are super smooth and better than commercial gyms!!! Fantastic experience: Welcoming gym by owners Hardi and Shane. Good array of machines for all body parts,free weights, dumbells and kettlebells and powerlifting equipment. Running machine,cycles,rowing machines,stair stepping machine for cardio.Hardi is very helpful at showing you the machines or any workout that you want to do.u only have to ask.cold drinks and energy drinks available. U can pay monthly or just a day if you want to try it out. I recommend for newbies or the more serious trainer or power lifter. Good pumping music in the background.

Fantastic experience: This gem was right in my door step yet I decided to chose another gym to train at. Even though the gym I previously sent to had great staff and a friendly atmosphere it lacked the facilities. I recently joined coliseum for my own convenience. Coliseum has amazing facilities, great staff and members and a friendly atmosphere. Combine the great music that gets you hyped up to train with the amazing facilities, you will walk out every session sore. If you want gains then this is the gym to join. The price is average for an independent gym but you really do get what you pay for with them.
