It also has a super hero Jan who is always there to welcome and help anyone and everyone who we all appreciate. The app is great and entrance really secure - with entry via key fob or app. Plus fab staff and people in general. Thanks 365!!

Fantastic experience: My husband and discovered 365 gym about one year ago and we're so glad we did! The environment is very nice and the staff is so friendly. When we first joined, we were greeted by Toni who showed us around and explained how everything works. She's so nice and helpful. l'm not usually very consistent with going to the gym, but find 365 to be very peaceful and not crowded. This makes me want to go more often and l'm already seeing results! I would highly recommend 365 gym to anyone looking for a great place to work out.

Fantastic experience: Great gym, the weight options go heavier than commercial gyms and there is a dedicated leg room. Also, one of the few gyms where in peak times I can still get a workout done in a reasonable time.

Fantastic experience: One of the best gym in reading with unique machines that you wont find elsewhere. All staff are very friendly and helpful. It has separate leg room with 3 squat rack and more around the gym. It does need some renovation and maintenance around gym like shower(which is under renovation),locker room and calibration on cable machines/treadmills.

Fantastic experience: The community in this gym is always helpful and kind to show u around the gym, facilities are filled with good machines and weights avaiable and the studio is spacious and peaceful place

Fantastic experience: Lots of high quality free weights and barbells. Most machines are comfortable and easy to use except for a few that could use work on the seat and thigh adjustments, (like on a lat pulldown). There are also two heavy bags to use if you're a martial arts practitioner/ want to get better at one. The changing rooms are big with lots of lockers and the showers work nicely. Highly recommend going here if you're a serious gym-goer.

Fantastic experience: This is my home gym I have been coming to for years. The flexibility it offers of 24 hours is amazing. The equipment is constantly being updated. The sauna facilities are great and they offer a women’s only time which is excellent. The staff are the best and will always support you with any questions or concerns. It’s a community and family!

Negative experience: Really unimpressed with the management. They bungled the months when I asked them to freeze one month and they charged after my membership ended even though I had emailed them one month prior about cancellation. All in all, the gym is good and the classes/trainers are lovely. It’s a nice gym if you are interested in it for the long haul.

Positive experience: Great gym! Loads of equipment! Loads of different things to do. I'm trying to build back up again and some of the equipment has the lables worn or ripped off so you don't know what your doing which can be a little frustrating.

Negative experience: would give 0 if i could. i went to cancel my policy and they said i have to pay for 3 months worth of membership before i can cancel the policy. the reason i opted for the pay as you go membership (most expensive one) is for the flexibility, and when i decide to cancel they are forcing me to pay for an additional 3 months. What ever you do stay away from this place. absolutley horrendous.

Positive experience: I used to go to this gym a little while back. I don't go anymore because there's better ones. One of my boys keeps asking me to rejoin. I keep telling him I'm good.

Negative experience: Asked politely to cancel my membership in October 2023 and monthly money is still coming out of my account on the 20th July. Cannot cancel through banking, have tried to call the gym many times and the phone never goes through. A shame as I liked coming to 365 classes for years.

This place has many athletes, who can be a great example and motivators. Always accessible and no hassle to complete your routine. Cherry on a top - sauna and steam room are also available every day.

Fantastic experience: Had the pleasure of discovering this hidden-gem of a gym. Old-school aura. It has entire rooms dedicated to training different body parts. Specialist equipment and some great Spa-related facilities too. The friendly staff and ample free parking further enhance its appeal, making it my favorite among the many gyms I've tried in Reading.

Negative experience: Terrible gym & management. I have a dyslexic colleague who was charged for months due to management not cancelling his membership because he couldn’t write it. He was too embarrassed to ask any of us and ended up with a debt collector coming before he asked for assistance. I rang to explain and the response was that ‘it’s only a few words, what is so hard with that’. Awful attitude.

Negative experience: Just another average gym. Idea was I think to build a nice old school heavy gym meantime there’s nothing old school besides paint on a wall or few iron plates inside leg room. Equipment isn’t that best like stated. 80% life fitness with loose link or torn upholstery. Basically gym needs total maintenance/refurbishment from toilets to kit. Gym layout is also poor. Just big respect to young lad running around trying to keep gym nice and tidy after people who can’t take weights back.
