Fantastic experience: I have been a member since 2017, great gym, never had an issue.

Negative experience: Decent gym with alright cardio equipment, rude receptionist along with no parking on premises despite having alot of space out front

Positive experience: For an all ladies only gym it’s exceeded my expectations I’ve been back for a few months and I can say it’s lovely to see familiar faces from a few years ago the gym is always immaculate every time this specific person is in I always see her doing something and she’s always going around n speaks to her customers as if she’s known you for so long!! Thank you x ladies you won’t find this in other gyms where they go out their way to help you with exercises or just stop and have chats with you making you feel comfortable I’ve even learnt so much about the pre workouts and protein shakes they offer so thank u Sana as someone who’s got anxiety I’d recommend this place 100% the only thing I’d change is their showers need an upgradeoverall this place is a safe womens ONLY gym with great customer service and top notch equipment will definitely be bringing my friends and family to join✌

Negative experience: I used to attend this gym regularly but it seems customer service has dropped in quality recently. From my personal experience I’ve dealt with Unprofessional behaviour from one individual member of staff. It seem this member has a habit of disrupting gym goers during heavy workout sessions over silly, meaningless things. This happened to me in two instances: in the first one, I was running on the treadmill, headphones in and fully focused on my run - out of nowhere I get someone waving at me asking if I can move my car because ‘it’s parked in a staff member’s spot’ (which was a lie because I made sure to park at a space that had no sign for staff parking).. Turns out the person that wanted to park wasn’t even a staff member but a friend of a staff member. Second time I was disrupted was because the same incompetent staff member from before, and again whilst in the middle of a heavy run session, asked if I can open up my locker because the previous user had something missing. I obliged again out of politeness, but to then find out the previous person wasn’t even inquiring about the locker and instead it was something to do with a missing key left elsewhere. I haven’t returned since that last interaction and don’t plan to. Informing all of my friends and family that I know to avoid this place, it’s not how it used to be before. It seems they value certain customers more than others. Ladies gym in Canley is much more professional, bigger and offers you no disruption and peace of mind.

Negative experience: I was in need of shower to use just for 1 day, the manager there didn’t look after me to give me some discount, so I would be able to be part of it in the future to make a membership, but they disappointed me. Now I have to think twice to make a membership.

Positive experience: Just wish it was open longer :/ sometimes that 11-12pm workouts are needed

Positive experience: As it's just for women gym it's very cosy. You can feel free while during your work up. Very friendly atmosphere.

Fantastic experience: i have joined this gym recently , and ive never been to a gym in the UK , the receptionists made me feel very comfortable and were friendly especially sanah , overall the gym is clean and their equipment is very good however i would have loved it if they had a swimming pool.

Positive experience: Really good and helping staff. Apart from it there are number of amenities for the ladies ranging from different classes such as circuits, abs workout, booty burnout and Zumba and so on.

Positive experience: I started the gym last year October with my friends and I can say I love coming to the gym because of the atmosphere the staff is so friendly and helpful, they are always on there feet keeping the gym nice and equipped I would recommend this gym to the younger girls such as myself who’s only 16 to join !! X

Fantastic experience: I started to use Body work gym about 2 years ago and it did not disappoint. I found the gym centered itself on inclusivity and privacy. This gym is ideal for any women who are looking to workout but really want privacy. The staff are incredibly friendly, attentive and welcoming. My interactions have mainly been with Sanah and Natasha at the gym and I can honestly state they provide great customer service. The gym equipment is very good and since I have been it has developed offering more gym equipment and also has a wonderfully large fitness room which gives you ample space to do your stregth training in. Recently, I have also started to use the showering facilities at the gym and it has been a very pleasent experince. The gym facilties and shower rooms are cleaned on a daily basis. I would recommend any women who is looking to workout in privacy to join this gym!

Negative experience: I don't know too much of the facilities but the parking implications of the gym during the day time has proven to be catastrophic for locals. Quite a paradox when considering the gyms car park is always empty.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to other mixed gender gyms and they’re are so crowed and busy. I feel comfortable in this gym and there a classes which are free to join if you have a membership, they help a lot with many different target areas. Love it.

Positive experience: What a brilliant gym. Friendly staff and other gym users were really welcoming. Great selection of quality equipment.. Changing rooms also fab and there's even a sauna. I particularly like that you don't have to sign up for a monthly contract but can buy day or weekly passes - whicharereallyreasonable prices.. The only reason I didn't give five stars was I wish there were more classes..

Positive experience: Staffs are good,gym is clean, enough equipment Specially i like Shabana&Hasinas class. They both are friendly but One calss instructor always so rude don't know why,we are paying there and What's her problem..I asked someone to replace bad hairdryer but it's been 2 weeks still same..Had shower after sauna and after that cought could because couldn't use the Hairdryer...Not joining again after march...Best of luck..

Fantastic experience: I absolutely enjoy coming to this gym. Mainly because the staff are so friendly. I had an induction with Sana and she was extremely friendly and easy to get along. I had such a laugh with her. I would come again and again just to have a chat with her. She knew what she was doing and teaching whilst showing me around the gym. Gave me lots of good advice which i am currently using.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to this gym for many years and it truly feels like a second home, I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else! A warm friendly non-judgemental atmosphere is what sets this gym apart from the rest. Maya is a fantastic owner who truly cares about each and every one of her customers. She's often cleaning and running around making sure that her customers feel safe and comfortable, and always on hand for any advice or support anyone in the gym may need. I don't think I have ever seen a cleaner gym which is really important during these Covid times! The staff always greet you with a smile and are always on hand to answer any questions and queries. The equipment is of a high standard and has just had a new boxing bag and squat rack come in. A new coffee area has just been created also which I feel is a lovely homely touch. You can train here at ease not caring about what you look like or who's looking at you! This makes it 100 times easier to reach those fitness goals! A brilliant gym with brilliant staff and customers. Keep up the good work guys!

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of this gym for 6 months now and I love it! It is clean, the equipment is fab and there is so much variety! Maya is lovely and always makes the effort to have a chat whenever I see her! Cannot recommend this gym enough!

Maya, the owner is such a friendly and kind soul. She will always go above and beyond to make sure the gym is spotless and everyone is happy. Really pleased I found this gym :)

I will continue to attend this gym long term as has a professional yet friendly atmosphere with hardworking staff.

Fantastic experience: This gym is equipped enough to achieve your body goals and have amazing classes. Staff are always very friendly , helpful. My mum comes to this gym also and cannot speak proper English but the staff were very well at handling situations and meeting her every need and answering any question that needed to be answered. I recommend all age groups to attend this gym to start their journey.

Negative experience: My first review ever to be made. Have been going to this gym for a while now . However my experience did grown downhill… In my opinion the gym is about 0/10, where as before it was 10/10 … yes it is clean in the actual gym but toilets and the equipment have been the same for about 3 years now . I hear women complaining about how bad the sauna have been starting to smell and there is never toilet paper or toilets cleaned properly … does need air fresheners as well as once women come back from the class, using sauna … it does get smelly quickly because there isn’t any airflow coming in at the changing room/ bathroom area- this isn’t being controlled . One staff sits in changing room with her friend or sister and does nothing about it..after several reports . After may will not be coming back.

Negative experience: My wife is very unhappy about this place. The behaviour is not good.

Negative experience: For nearly £30 a month theyre closed an awful lot. Also would be useful if they updated their opening times on google. Equiptment wise they have the bare basics. For the amount charged this should not be the case. More focus and money needs to be spent on maintaining and upgrading machienes rather than repainting and decorating. Will be joining pure gym from next month.

The employees are professional and always give helpful tips and encouraging words to get you through the workout! Overall, I love coming to this gym as the atmosphere is amazing, equipment is great and it’s such a fantastic gym for women!

Fantastic experience: I love this gym for so many different reasons including the classes and facilities. The space is also great! Opening hours are great for early starts or late evenings! The staff who work here are incredibly helpful and always quick to answer any of my questions. I had my induction sorted out from the first day of signing up which was great for getting familiar with the space from the start.
