Fantastic experience: Very nice local pool. And surprisingly nice and warm in both the pool area and pool. This does mean that if you're going upstairs to the viewing gallery you'd better wear light clothing!

Fantastic experience: I've regularly used these leisure facilities for 4 months now, Immingham 5/5 with very friendly and helpful stall with clean and modern amenities. To many bad experiences at Cleethorpes to return. The elderly staff members are extremely rude and unhelpful more suitable on a building site.

Negative experience: Watching my son have swimming lesson Happend to glance to my right and women lifeguards staring whispering and giggling at me doesn't make you feel welcome

Positive experience: Can only speak for the gym; Good facilities and good hold on social distancing and organising the place during the pandemic. Friendly and helpful staff and good location. Update Dec 2021: Facilities aren't always kept up within the gym to clean the machines, and two of the three elliptical machine are no longer working correctly which is a pain when someone else is using the only working one. One losses track of time and can't play videos properly as though it's busy doing something else in the background all the time, and the other just freezes and won't let you interact with it.

Fantastic experience: Really friendly staff, the pool is smaller than gy or clee but it's not very busy so its worth a trip. The sauna is a step outside the pool so you can easily go between the 2.

Positive experience: I've only been a member here for a few weeks but the staff are lovely, very helpful and always welcoming. The classes are brilliant and well presented. My only complaint is that the actual gym is small and some machines are well worn and could do with updating.

Fantastic experience: 25m pool. No flumes, no nonsense just a great pool for getting some swim training done. Also gym, sauna and viewing balcony. Great staff too.

Positive experience: A quite large pool, everything very clean from the changing areas to the poolside. Myself and my children had a lovely hour spent splashing around with the complimentary float's. Liked the private showers to wash off afterwards.

Positive experience: It's not the best swimming pools but I guess it's okay! The shallow end is not really shallow at all! I took my son and daughter, they didn't sell a wide range of swimming costumes my son had to have swimming trunks and he's 1! The life guards didn't stop people from excessively splashing even though they were getting babies and toddlers, its not very big at all they had air conditioning in tge changing rooms right about the baby changing area my son started shivering! The good points it had loads of floats the kids could use inside of the pool, it did offer an okay selection of floats to buy though not for my 1 year old..

Fantastic experience: They have recently refurbished the changing area and is now a mixed changing room which for families is better. I Take kids here every week for swimming lessons. The pool can sometimes be a little in the cool side which if you there swimming isn't a problem but I take my 2 year old he gets cold quickly be he still enjoys it. There is a gym and classes which I have never used so can't comment.

Positive experience: When camping in the area I got showered in here a few times. Never used the rest of the facilities but the showers and changing rooms were clean and dry. Showers could do with an upgrade but good value for £1.

Fantastic experience: Staff are always friendly and helpful. Children have learnt to swim here from non-swimmers to attending masterclass and learning lifesaving skills. Helpful on gym inductions and individual programmes. Not keen on unisex changing rooms esp adults wandering during childrens swimming lessons. Car park can be a problem when users park on yellow hashed areas preventing use of blue badge spaces - staff are willing to tannoy "offenders " but they don't always respond ! Pity staff are prevented from being able to enforce parking - fourwheel drives churning up the grass isn't a good look , assume it's lazy drivers not wanting to cross the road to a free car park !!

Positive experience: Considering the refit, I'm not overly impressed with the results - yes, it's a lot cleaner and refreshed - but the changing village (unisex area and showers) are crammed and pokey. The disabled access is pretty poor, obviously DDA compliant and within rules, but only on paper. The steps into the pool are barely wide enough for an average sized fully able individual to use and are in an awkward position. The showers seem to have been recycled from a caravan and spray water in any direction than on you - the disabled changing, while very clean and spacious is also considered a storeroom for disability equipment due to there being nowhere else to put it. I haven't tried the gym as of yet, and don't have high hopes... On the plus side, the staff I have met have been kind and courteous and the place is spotless and well maintained.
