Fantastic experience: Excuse me, I want to ask if this is only for women, and how long and by what hour. Thank you.

Negative experience: Gym alone is a nice gym however the consistency of gym classes being advertised that morning as being on and then you turning up for the instructor to have gone home without being notified that the class has been cancelled is very frequent . I turned up today for a class that has previously 3 times been advertised as on to turn up to be told either TAMMY has gone home or not bothered. Tammy was there today finishing up a spin class I turned up for kettlesize ran by herself at 10.45 it wax 10.40 5 mins before the class time for me to ask Tay if the class is going ahead for her to be very hostile about the fact she will not longer be doing it as no one else has come even though I was there and there was 5 mins until the class ( which later 2 others arrived for) for her then to give me so much verbal abuse and scream at me about how she doesn't get paid for only one person of which I was trying to ask her why the class was advertised and how other classes have gone ahead with only one person for her to be sp irate for whatever reason and so unprofessional screaming and shouting at me then slagging me of to other customers there who was not there when the abuse she was giving me happend. Highly unprofessional and I'm left absolutely upset and shocked at the experience with Tammy the class instructor today which was so bad and left me so upset and anxious to the point I have actually cancelled my membership today.

Fantastic experience: Very good gym for ladies only. Been going to this gym on and off for 10 years. The classes are absolutely fab. Special shout out to Asma for a fabulous HIT workout!

Negative experience: This fitness centre is a scam. They provide really subpar customer service and don't listen. They impose additional fees on clients. If you wish to cancel Direct Debit, they threaten you.If your direct debit is not paid on time, they charge three times as much. Guys, please exercise extreme caution.The gym is in need of some tlc to be honest broken toilet for over a month some machines look like they've never been cleaned, 2 bikes have pegs missing from them so unsteady when using, informed them multiple times . Money grabbing owner advertised all over blackburn for 10 pounds stating you can cancel at anytime not mentioning you have to give 30 days notice or else Ashbourne management will threaten you with court action stay away from this money grabber FYI Ashbourne is a private firm they can't do anything

Fantastic experience: Fantastic ladies gym with all the equipment you need. Need fingerprint to get in, so peace of mind in the security bit. Lots of classes and really friendly staff.

Negative experience: Customer services are awful, message and rang them on 3 different platforms ,managers was meant to ring me and still hasn't . Obviously not bothered over potential customers to join . Not a good gym if paying customers don't get any feedback

Positive experience: The gym is in need of some tlc to be honest broken toilet for over a month some machines look like they've never been cleaned, 2 bikes have pegs missing from them so unsteady when using, informed them multiple times , there are too many machines cramped in some may struggle to get on some , the staff have never said hello and after 3 months of attending ( out of convenience near work) I've never been given an induction or at least an introduction to how the machines work. I just YouTube it ... it isn't worth the money charged but there are far worse gyms out there it does the job

Positive experience: Great place, lovely environment and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I don't give 5 starts because the drinks in vending machine aren't cold and there's a few machines that need an upgrade. But overall best gym for girls

Fantastic experience: Top class gym! You often find that women's gyms are crammed into some corner in a big gym. The facilities, machines, the space is just NEVER there. Even in some of the most biggest gyms, women are given a the smallest area. This gym is 24/7 and is HUGE. it has every gym equipment you could ever need, good selection of weights, sauna, steam, shower! Such a comfortable experience. So gladddd I have this near me because those who haven't experienced a gym like this for women only and 24/7 will just never know what their missing out on!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love the gym, owner is a really lovely lady. I take PT lessons by the wonderful Toyuba, one of the most loving and very down to earth trainer at the gym. She’s very professional and committed to guiding you towards your goals. Best at what she does. Definitely recommend going for PT lessons with The amazing trainer Toyuba. Wonderful workout classes during morning time and evening absolutely love yoga and spinning classes very comforting atmosphere. Love the sauna and steam rooms. A must go to gym for all the Muslims ladies and women in who are more comfortable at a women’s only gym.
