Fantastic experience: Cleanest and best organised gym I've used. Staff work hard to keep everything running well.

Positive experience: Decent gym.. gets busy with kids 4 ish but always polite.. Possibly the best run gym I have even been to and definitely the best run thegym ... any problems... immediately resolved sensibly. You ring the bell and someone is there in 30 seconds. Equipment always being cleaned. Staff always visible or on the gym floor and not behind locked doors like nearly every other thegym I have been to.

Fantastic experience: Clean, big gym at a great price. A bit of a pain to have to register your car number plate to avoid a fine, but that's the only minus.

Positive experience: Always clean and tidy in there. Good level of equipment, though a few more multi gym machines would be good as there are only 3

Positive experience: Great gym. Shame that the aircons not very strong and they've changed the running machines so the new ones no longer have the little fan. But over all great for the price!

Fantastic experience: Brilliant, always there to help you in any exercise you want to do. They all help drive you to get your fitness goals. There is a wide range of classes at no extra cost which makes it easier on cost of living. Good banter with all the staff. There’s a happy atmosphere always.

Positive experience: Been training at this gym for over 2 years and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Plenty of equipment and a variety of weights and machines. Always clean and tidy. 1 star removed as during peak hours, there is a large volume of school/college aged kids who take over the equipment in large groups making weights and equipment less accessible and workouts take longer than they should. Could do with deterring this.

Positive experience: I enjoy my workouts here as the environment is always positive. Professional, polite and friendly staff. Always on hand to assist. Plus they act as swiftly as possible if there is any issue you make them aware of. The only gripe is that I wish there was a designated 'drying off' area in the changing rooms.

Fantastic experience: Good and cheap gym. There is a lot of space and equipment. 4 squat racks, a lot of benches, dumbbells up to 48 kg. Gym is bit crowded at 18:00 but just like every other gym. Anyway you can always check how busy it is on the gym app.

Fantastic experience: Love training at The Gym. Nice casual feel and all the equipment I need for my sports training. Good to have PT trainers on hand too which is great for motivation.

Fantastic experience: The knoledgable staff are friendly as are the other gym users. All abilities catered for and welcomed. Plenty of kit available, especially for us day time clients. The Sgt has added a dimension to push ourselves, if up for it. I use the gym around 15/20 times a month so the value for money is excellent.

Negative experience: I am coming to this gym 5 times a week only to find that now the dispensers with the blue rolls and the desinfection spray was removed completely with a sign saying that this is due to environmental reasons. Ok, first I have no problem if you want to help the environment but I do have a problem if I can not clean the equipment a sweaty person used before me. Certainly I am bringing a towel but this is to use for myself and not to wipe down other peoples sweat on the machines. I must say this is really disgusting. You don’t give me a chance to get it all cleaned before. Surely it should be in your interests that I want to clean before and after me. Which place takes your concerns about the hygienic in your gym? Clearly you did not have a think before doing it and if you want to safe the environment, have you ever heard of biodegradable towels and environmental friendly cleaning solutions? Sorry, but I need to have a look for another gym, where hygienic and my health is taken seriously!

Fantastic experience: First time at the Ashford gym for a while. Very clean with excellent choice of weights and equipment. Staff seemed helpful and friendly. Will definitely be coming back

Negative experience: Parking can be a bit of an issue most times and only 1 working Elliptical machine for the past 5 months which can be a little inconveniencing if thats a major part of your workout. For the money its not a bad place to workout.

Fantastic experience: I use this Gym at least four times a week, the atmosphere is very friendly and the staff are helpful. the management team are very approachable, Sam The general manager is always there to help and answer your questions and makes you feel very welcome.

Fantastic experience: I have been member of this gym since I have moved to Ashford back in 2018, and I would never change! This place is like a home, a safe place for ‘me time’ and the team have become my second family. Continuous improvement of the gym equipment, marketing and staff being absolute legends make it a definite keeper. Love you all guys! Keep up the hard work, it is definitely paying off ❤️

The membership is low enough to allow me to pay for some personal training on top which means I get maximum benefit from my training. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: The Gym has all the equipment needed for a decent work out. Being 24 hrs there is always a time to train round work and family life. When approaching Instructors/PTs for advice, they are friendly and assist where they can. There is no hard sell from them to take PT sessions. Quite often see the team cleaning throughout equipment and keeping on top of any faulty equipment.
