Negative experience: Emailed twice asking information as I'd like to join as I live across the road and never got a reply back.

Fantastic experience: Excellent crossfit gym with wonderful instructors and small class sizes. So many options to choose from - CrossFit, calesthetics, olympic lifting, mind and body and mobility to name just a few. I'm so glad I got introduced to it, what a gem!

Fantastic experience: Small but mighty facility with a great community buzz and fun but knowledgable coaches. Highly recommend a visit if you are staying around the Whitechapel area.

Fantastic experience: Super flexible timings so you can attend sessions whenever you want, a great community, even better coaches who accommodate for your preferences and corrects your mistakes! My experience has been really positive for the past year and I would definitely recommend trying the free trial week which got me hooked!

Fantastic experience: Joined this gym while on temporary assignment in London for ~6 months and could not have made a better choice. With two locations, both in Aldgate, it was easy to find a time which aligned with my work schedule. I spent the majority of my time at ML East and the team of coaches are exceptional, both in their knowledge and their motivation, and this is reflected in the incredibly fun and inclusive environment they've created. The programming is challenging yet manageable and never boring. Highly recommend joining this gym and hope to return to it when I'm back in town!
