Fantastic experience: Joined recently on a special offer. Used pure gyms for years and wanted another 24hr gym closer by since moving to the area (pure gym Staines was too far to travel to) Signed up with manager, Jason who was incredibly informative and answered any questions I had. He was very friendly as well and was happy to give a tour. Would definitely recommend

Negative experience: I was a member of this club for years. I froze my membership because I was out of the country, but they continued to take money from my account, which is illegal. I let it slide and continued being a member. Due to illness, I haven’t attended for the past two months, and when I tried to cancel my membership, the club manager demanded that I pay for one more month in order to cancel it. He spoke to me in a very rude manner and even threatened that if I didn’t pay, they would take the money through legal means and that I should have read the contract. This is an extremely unprofessional way to treat someone who has been paying membership fees for years. When I argued with him, I received an email saying I was banned. This means I will be paying for a month and a half for something I didn’t even use. Total scammers. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this club.

Fantastic experience: Started at Snap Fitness Windsor a couple of months ago with club manager Jason as my PT. Service has been excellent, tailored to my needs and I’m already seeing results. All staff are super friendly and the equipment is clean and well maintained. Couldn’t be happier (although I could be healthier, but am working on that!).

Positive experience: I mean, it’s a gym, but, it could be cleaner. I’ve been to many snap fitness gyms, this is by far my less favourite. It feels dirty including showers, take your flip flops. No one puts any equipment away, people will jump on your equipment if your names not on it. Sorry Snap. A refurb and more attention to cleaning in my view is needed. However a positive is, apart from an air bike, they have everything I need

Negative experience: Racist place, racist staff, cleanliness worse than you can imagine, no management and does not belong to the rest of the brand

Negative experience: Well equipped with friendly staff. The downside which makes me feel super bad is the uncleaness of common areas such as shower and toilet. If you need to train and go to work is almost impossible to take a shower. The area is always dirty and no towels are available. I love this gym but really suggest you invest more in cleaning to avoid the transmission of diseases and provide a more pleasant environment.

Negative experience: Avoid its very dirty and unclean since new management also personal trainers speaking foreign languages not professional at all

Fantastic experience: This gym is amazing. In just a few short months i feel that I have been welcomed into a loving community full of incredible people. Whenever I don't feel confident on an exercise amazing people such as the club manager Jason (and friendly Gym bro Simon) have been there supporting me, helping me get the most out of my own body. Additionally the vast variety of equipment has allowed me to learn all that is needed to get me into shape. Going to Snap Fitness has not only allowed me to become better physically but transform from the timid and quiet individual I once was to a more confident and outgoing man. Also in my opinion this gym is extremely reasonably priced compared to others in the area, and is worth far more than what it charges. If you are considering to join a gym, the answer is yes. Do it. Fantastic experience: To the Owners of Snap Fitness Windsor. I would just like to say thank you for the incredible service from your team with particular attention to the club manager Jason. Who showed me around with great enthusiasm and energy, gave me a tour of all the kit as well introducing me to the rest of the Snap team, made me feel very welcome and at home. Needless to say I joined straight away, since joining the gym, my experience from not only the staff but also the members has been great. Fantastic experience: Been a member for 5+ years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The gym is clean, well equipped and joining is easy and smooth process. I’m always well looked after, Jason and his team are all 10/10 and I have no complaints. Highly recommend!

The staff are friendly and the new manager Jason has upped the equipment game with a great new sled and boxing bag. 10/10 recommend. Great selection of classes and equipment

Negative experience: Cancellation of membership is horrible. Website contact service is useless as they don’t reply. Was made to pay for an extra month when I told them that I tried cancelling on the website the month before and didn’t get a reply. £45 is way too expensive to be messed around like this.

Fantastic experience: Great gym for training seriously in a supportive environment. Nicely equipped, good central location. I have been undergoing serious back rehabilitation post-surgery and Arthur, my PT, is truly world-class and has been invaluable. The entire team is an asset to the fitness industry.

Fantastic experience: I recently joined Snapfitness Windsor after leaving an over priced competitor and am so impressed with the gym, considering it’s affordable price. Every time I go to the gym, the staff are so friendly and enthusiastic, willing to help you with almost anything. They also go all out with competitions where you can win money off memberships, sweets and protein which is a nice change. Feels like a very nice unit and team. The equipment and space is kept clean and to a high standard and the bathrooms are also regularly checked which is a must for me! The gym floor is very spacious with a massive choice of equipment. Spaced out really well where I don’t feel like I’m ever ontop of anyone or going to bump into people. The gym is pretty big and if I can’t get on one machine, there is always loads more to choose from. Based on the price I pay per month, I defo get more than my moneys worth!! Big shout out to the Team for keeping the gym well managed, maintained and utilising a recommendations box! Defo feel like it’s a we ask, you deliver situation! Keep up the good work! Negative experience: Member for 2.5 years, however since new management changes the gym has taken a few noticeable steps back unfortunately. Weird changes made recently that make no sense whatsoever. This includes movement of machines on the gym floor which now poorly utilises the limited space. The removal of a perfectly functioning decline bench press and replaced with a cheap and poor quality flat bench (images attached). The bench lacks plate storage functionality and after 2 days of use it’s already sustaining visible wear & tear. There is a dire need of more adjustable benches, another stair master, smith machine, lat pulldown and cable machine. These resources are scarce during peak hours and need addressing as a higher priority than what has been done so far. The gym is ok for now but with these ill-thought-out changes I can see a lot of established members (including myself) looking elsewhere. It’s a shame it used to be a very good gym that always listened to members and implemented proactive changes based on logic and feedback. This is no longer the case now. *Update To Cornelius* : I can confirm I am a member at snap fitness Windsor. Also my comments are based on recent observed changes (in the last month). You have spoken about the last 3 years to which I agree on all your points but my review is based on the current situation as of the date of when my review was published.

Fantastic experience: I’ve used the gym during a business trip and although I was clearly not the target customer, the staff were very nice to me, I’ve felt like welcome. Equipment was more than enough for a weight lifting training session and there were two other sections of the gym I haven’t even get to consider. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of Snap Fitness on and off for about five years. I had to pop in yesterday and sort something out. Was greeted by the new manager, Jason, who sorted out my problem in a helpful and friendly way. Thank you. And while I am here, love the gym - I have never felt uncomfortable, even when on a treadmill or equipment next to someone far faster or stronger than me.

Positive experience: The equipment is good but no towels for people who can't come in during the working day. Now that WFH has ended I've joined David Lloyd near my work who do have towels from 6AM. It's a shame as I only live within 300 metres, but I don't see why I should have to bring my own towel everytime. Maybe they should have a towel vending machine with only 1 towel per member every 18 hours

Fantastic experience: Just joined and love it here. Staff are friendly, plenty of equipment, and just found out classes are included with my membership. The showers are always clean, and it’s nice having a complimentary fresh towel rather than having to take home a wet towel each visit. It’s also great to see the gym caters to disabled guests having a wet room on the ground floor. I’ll be staying as a member for the foreseeable future.

Fantastic experience: It was my first time at this gym about a week or so ago and the staff were so lovely very helpful on what machines to use that can help with my upper body as I have injured my back and want to improve Love going to this gym highly recommend it to everyone this is so much better than Windsor leisure centre

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to Snap Fitness Windsor for 2 years now and it has been such a joy. It is a quite brilliant environment to be in with great staff who really look after you and ensure you are getting the maximum out of your membership and training. Since being here, I have recommended it to so many people and I would do it over and over as you cannot beat the vibes and atmosphere the gym brings. Top class!

Fantastic experience: I had never used a gym before, but following advice from my GP decided to join Snap Fitness in Windsor as it is within easy walking distance. I’m 58 years old and suffered a minor heart attack 2 years ago and badly needed to become fitter. Ria who worked behind the desk hooked me up with one of the PTs, Emil. I have 2 lunchtime sessions per week with Emil, he listens to what I want to achieve and closely monitors my progress and ability to complete my sessions, and adjusts them accordingly. I am much fitter and feeling healthy again, and have lost quite a bit of weight. The staff at the gym make me feel very welcome and offer amazing encouragement. If you want to do something amazing, positive and start feeling great both inside and out, I highly recommend it!

Negative experience: It is free gym now, door is broken and after 8 PM everyone is going here, too many people, at night people who going to the clubs use this gym as a toilet, disgusting place, will stop my contract, showers toilets dirty and stinky. Good job snap fitness you made this Gym look bad from 2021...

Negative experience: Poor communication when it comes to changing rules around the gym and booking system, re-opening, etc. Great if you never run into these issues, worst if you have a bad experience.

Fantastic experience: Honestly one of the best 24 hour chain gyms I have been to. Always clean and well spaced out. Cybex equipment in my opinion is some of the best out there. Great place to train.

Negative experience: Me parece injusto las “condiciones” que tienen. Tienes que cancelar como dos meses antes, me explico; yo decidí cancelar mi cuenta a principios de Enero, pues ese mes de Enero ya te lo cobran, claramente (vale). Pero es que según ellos la cancelación se hace automáticamente al mes siguiente, pero a finales es decir, te cobran febrero también. Porque la cancelación se hace a finales del siguiente mes; ósea se 29-30 de febrero

Positive experience: Pretty good gym. Would be 4 or 5 stars if it weren’t for the cringeworthy obscene rap music.

Negative experience: Horrendous experience twice. PT there was appallingly rude on both occasions I tried to renew my gym pass (I've been a member for several months and recent lost it). She was abrupt and then aggressive when I asked why she was behaving so badly. I've made a formal complaint also. Understaffed, unprofessional and overall highly disappointing.

Positive experience: I go during lunch, not too busy at this time, all the equipment is half decent, the staff are friendly and helpful.

Fantastic experience: Great Gym, Only problem is the parking. If they could manage to sort out the problem, would’ve been better. It would be beneficial for there business as well ! Lot’s of my work colleagues want to join the gym but have issues over lack of parking

Positive experience: I was there for a testing day to see if it's worth it to pay monthly for training there and it is really clean, they provide a lot of equipment and what I really like is that it is never really crowded. One thing that I disliked was that I had to come on another day because there's sometimes no staff available and you can only enter the building by using a special card.

Negative experience: Warning very dodgy gym!! I tired to end my membership due to money issues and I was still being charged was told I have to give notice when I was never told this in terms and conditions and on my final payment they blocked my membership and erase my details on my account so I couldn't use it, they also charge everyone different prices depending on the person I got mine for £34.99 when I know some people who are paying £44.99 such a dodgy gym Don't recommend. On top of all of this the environment in there is just weird and not pleasant go with puregym or somewhere else trust me your better off

Negative experience: Good gym but the customer service is awful. They are not interested in any complaints you have. You get what you pay for. I left a note with an issue I had. On an official suggestion note they provide. Never heard a thing. A staff member told me to whack the vending machine because it took my money and I didn’t receive my purchase. Pathetic!

Fantastic experience: Just joined and so have only been a couple times, but it has a nice atmosphere and is very welcoming. I always find it very intimidating walking into the gym, especially a new one! But I quickly felt at ease here.

Fantastic experience: Expensive but you definitely get what you pay for. The main reason I chose this gym was because it's the most local 24/7 gym however the equipment is clean, up to date and the gym itself has a very fresh feel. There are other 24/7 gyms for cheaper but they all have a list of problems from the smell to air con failures. Bathrooms are also clean and it hasn't been too busy when I've gone.

Positive experience: Price is great, equipment is well kept and it has a range of machines and free weights. It is not a big gym and can get busy at times but for the price it's hard to complain. The staff are all freindly and the classes offered are good. They have a good mix of fat burn, HITT, spin, yoga etc. Class sizes are small due to limited space so book ahead (can be done up to a week in advanced in the gym or via facebook). It's no frills bit you get a lot for your money.
