Positive experience: Nice place, not too big. Lanes and seat areas nice n clean. Went to get some food but couldn't, because they "had a party on". Well I'm sorry, but this was my party for my granddaughter, and wanted food. Not good enough. Get a new catering manager.

Negative experience: They could not set up a Direct Debit to either of my accounts because apparently they have issues setting up Direct Debits to the same 2 banks I deal with. This lead them to send threatening emails and calls every month stating we'd have to pay more if we didn't set up a DD. I can't remember how many DD mandates I filled in. I've never had any trouble setting up a DD with anyone else yet the staff were very quick to suggest I must have filled in the form incorrectly every time I spoke with them. The swimming lessons my child had were ok, but we've canceled them because we'd rather not deal with incompetence.

Negative experience: The leisure centre itself is quite good the facilities are good, the problem is the staff never answer the phone or let it ring a few times and then put you on to an answering machine. Months after all restrictions in Wales have ended they still have ridiculous restrictions in place like the pool not opening full hours, having to book the pool a week in advance to use it, it's just an excuse to be lazy as they are council run they have no interest in making money they will probably just put the council tax up next year to cover the short falls even though we are already in the top 70 most expensive councils in the UK as it is an we get next to nothing for our money.

Positive experience: Ten pin bowling here is excellent along with the cafe. You can come along and just have a snack and a cup of tea if you fancy it. Good swimming pool facilities for the smaller younger swimmers, but still has what the more professional swimmer wants. Great facilities for all sporting activities.

Negative experience: Went to take my kids to the soft play to be told it was closed for a party. I had already paid for parking so took them bowling instead £18 for one hour on a Saturday and the score wasn't recording correctly so when they hit a strike it recorded a 9 instead. They lost interest within 20 minutes.
