Fantastic experience: Susan’s 4 massages were part of the excellent package offered making it affordable to do regularly. The massage was powerful and sensitive. Susan has an intuition and expertise that made each massage just what my body needed.

Fantastic experience: I come here for the acroyoga jams, which are the highlight of my week! Such a lovely, friendly community and so much fun. Massive shout out to Kwame for putting loads of work into making these happen and for being so warm, lovely and welcoming!

Negative experience: I had a membership and they would not let me through and I had to pay and I did and they still would not let me go and said I need to have a induction even tho I did have a induction and she still did not let me throw

Positive experience: This spot was in a convenient location but slightly smaller than most gyms. The changing rooms are exceptionally clean with lots of showers and changing space so you’re guaranteed to find room and a locker.

Fantastic experience: I have been at this gym for a long time. I was there when it was the old management and I have seen lot change. However, current management is great and they support me on my gym journey with encouragement and that’s the reason I come in the more I can. I never used to come to their class of Hit on Monday and core on Thursday but now they have Tom, who is great at teaching the class in a lovely way. I have been coming to these classes. Love the new vending machine and equipments the gym has. It’s small, but friendly and suits my needs and not far of a walk. Highly recommend.

Positive experience: This gym isnt the best for most gym goers. Not enough weights or machines. More of a cardio gym than a leisure centre. Way over priced for an under equipped gym. You do get all the better gym branches but for a gym close to work not the best. Its a shame i have to do this review But lambeth needs to do better and the staff are amazing.

Fantastic experience: Half the price of local gyms due to evening and weekend hours but if you are working that is fine. Classes, friendly staff, and affordable personal training with both male and female trainers. Check it out

Fantastic experience: La ActiveLife is one of the best gyms in the area. Nice and quiet place to train after work with friendly staff. PT sessions with Michael and his team + gym classes are great value!
