Positive experience: Good range of upper body equipment the leg machines aren't great can still get a good work out in. Only one squat rack. Also needs a deadlift area

Negative experience: Just went with a m8 to look at gym (not train). see if I liked it unfortunately for them they wanted to charge me £5.not the way to do it especially if you want new members.

Negative experience: No AC, and the method they get you to sign up is pretty dangerous. You use their laptop, essentially they can store your details - card information.

Positive experience: Quite well equipped with reasonable prices. Staff are nice. Only downside is the mens shower and, 'changing room'. It's a disgrace frankly. Disgusting in this day and age.

Fantastic experience: Top fresh equipments, 2 floors and tons of space! Most of the machines have two of each which is a rarety so your your not waiting! Staff are brilliant and always willing to help. Definitely the cheapest in the borough.

Fantastic experience: I really liked the gym and the staff is amazing. I also been to the new brach which is located in East Ham, what a gym. All the new equipments and brand new and so easy to use. I love their equipments. Thanks to them they provided us such a gym.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful gym all you need free car park they sell water very cheap they sell protein that have all modern equipments 2 levels very clean very quiet so you can do gym peaceully very remarkable and soothing smell That why this place needs to be a all rose costumer show how wordeful gym this is when I saw it I nearly fainted
