Fantastic experience: The sports centre allowed us to have showers for £1.40 each of which felt really good after a long journey. Thank you for allowing us to use your services and being so kind and friendly. We really appreciated the hospitality.

Fantastic experience: We were visiting for the HebCelt music festival, and camping in the van. We needed a shower, and the welcoming and friendly staff allowed us to use their showers! £1.40 - well worth it. Thank you

Fantastic experience: Very well equipped sports centre for a smaller location. We visited the pool with our 2 year old and found there to be ample space for changing. The toddler pool has a slide and fountain, and there were toys/floats out during our visit which interested our toddler. There are no private showers in the pool changing area, just the open ones on the side of the pool. There are private showers on the “dry side” but these are not accessible from the pool.

Fantastic experience: The staff here are incredibly helpful and super friendly. The pool (which I used) was great, everyone swam respectfully in the correct lanes. I'll be back for sure!

Fantastic experience: Often go for family swimming sessions. Staff are friendly and are doing their best. The motiv8 staff and volunteers were brilliant in the summer session looking forward now to the October sessions.

Negative experience: Rude and disorganised, It's not just the one hour booking that is still in place but they complain if you go in on time. Nope, you have to wait till they let you in, which is never one time.

Negative experience: Great facility, could do with another bench press in the gym, great swimming pool and hall is fantastic with facilities for every sport Rating low because of one member of staff who shan’t be named who would constantly be rude and harass me And my peers at the counter unacceptable behaviour . She has caused many of my peers to use alternative gyms on the island

Fantastic experience: Good facilities. Friendly and helpful staff. Enjoying the classes available through Slàinte mhath membership. Badminton open to all 16+ Thur 7-9. Other sessions for better players / kids. Squash & badminton leagues catering for all abilities. These are a good option for islanders to get back into sport or to get extra games. Table tennis in squash court. Swimming & climbing wall. Running track & gym. Decent showers & lockers still take 20p. Shame no pickleball as yet.

Fantastic experience: This is an excellent center! Has a good pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, gym, sports hall and squash. It also has football pitch and running track. Staff are very good and very friendly.

Fantastic experience: Really impressive for such a little island. On par with my new 'Better' gym in St Pancreas London. Equipment kept up to date and spa facilities have always been working in my experience. Make sure if swimming that you don't clash with school kids lessons as you won't get to swim during the time they are on. Lovely and clean plus free internet. A joy to visit.

Positive experience: We've only used the pool so far. It's a good pool, clean and has a kids area for youngsters. Can be quite busy but has a roped off area for length swimming during these sessions.
