Positive experience: Small gym but they've done a good job of kitting the place out & made the best of the space they have. Changing rooms and toilets have always been fine when I've been in. Great that its 24 hours

Fantastic experience: it's a decent gym, its quite small so it does get busy during peak times but if you go at the right time you can get the place to yourself. Got everything you need in there and the staff are helpful & friendly. Would definitely recommend if you live in the area

Positive experience: Located on the border of heaton chapel never been in so can't say what it's like but it's location isn't the best it's right next to a few fast food places so temptation when coming out of the gym will be higher. So you will need determination and will power

Negative experience: Supposed to have a free trial here but the door was locked, noone was answering the door or bell, noone answered the phones. It was a Wednesday. Place isn't even 24/7. There's a great Greggs next door. Only great thing about the place.

Negative experience: Enough equipment to do your workout but hasn't been a working shower all year. Also now only one working toilet. Loads of the lockers are broken. And people let their non-member mates in during unstaffed hours.

Negative experience: Absolutely terrible staff are not there during the hours stated very small and huge lack of facilities, overpriced and overcrowded, showers are never in working order, avoid

Fantastic experience: The gym is great, but the best thing is the attention to the customers. The staff, Mark, Jake and Harriet were lovely. You feel welcome and there is a great atmosphere throughout the gym. The cleanliness and equipment is excellent. Greetings from Spain!!

Fantastic experience: Great place to work out, with pretty much everything you would need. Usually not too busy in the morning, not sure about the afternoon.

Negative experience: I purchased a trial at this gym. And went there the door was looked by a smart key could not get inn I rang the bill but, alas no answer as they weren’t there any staff.

Positive experience: Great gym for training off-peak hours, you can have the place all to yourself if you go at the right time. Good music and facilities, the shower room floors are heated, there's decent equipment and the staff are personable. The only drawbacks are, with it being a fairly small building, that there isn't room for as big a selection of equipment as you might find at a bigger gym, and it can get very crowded at peak times. When the vending machine is working it's one of the only places in Levy you can get protein supplements, and there's a nice array of products to choose from - although it has been broken multiple times in the few months I've been a member...

Negative experience: Open 24 hours which is great. The hours that there are no staff there though all I found was groups of teenagers thinking it was a playground. Running around, chasing each other and being really loud. I tried going as late as possible to avoid this, but unfortunately even at 10pm, there were groups of teenagers messing around so I gave up!

Positive experience: So far really enjoying Jett's. Usually very empty in the day can get a little busy around 7pm but still don't have to wait very long for equipment. Only improvement I could suggest would be heavier dumbbells. They go up to 50kg which isn't enough for certain exercises.
