Positive experience: Car park can get crowded at peak times, not helped by bad parking!! Helpful reception and clean toilets. 3g good.

Fantastic experience: We held our little boys 2nd birthday here and it was brilliant, the inflatable was massive and tricycles and soft play were a great addition for those who didn't fancy going on the inflatable . We had about 30 people there for the day and it was perfect. The staff were very helpful and took care of us. Everyone loved it Thank you

Fantastic experience: Held my daughters 3rd birthday party and hired the big bouncy castle. The venue is a fantastic size - we had about 30 children and 50 adults there. The castle was massive and amazing fun! The people running the reception and checking in with us were all very helpful (even helping us to unload the car) and very friendly. Would come back again and recommend to anyone needing a party venue.

Fantastic experience: What a wonderful place to have a party. The bouncy castle is big enough to entertain all. The staff were helpful and friendly. Overall a great party had.

Fantastic experience: Very helpful staff spotless building g and lots of groups etc happening. Lovely sound of children enjoying themselves. Word of warning lights on the toilet go off if they don't detect movement after a while and don't come back on until they do. Even moving in the cubicle won't do it if your small in height so be aware. Lol

Negative experience: Went for beginners yoga. Instructor did not consider beginners and just did advance yoga for the others. Would not recommend this instructor as she shows off her ability.was absolutely disgusted. I have had a stroke and recommended to do yoga. This has put me off

Fantastic experience: I went to the gym for the first time today. I was very impressed to say the least. Very top end equipment, and excellent selection of free weights and the dumbells went up too 50kg. Definitely not what I expected and what I envisaged council run gyms to be like. I would highly recommend this gym

Fantastic experience: Great facilities, all modern workout machines and free weights. Classes available for spin, yoga etc. Bargain monthly fee, with a trainer available inclusively if booked 24 hours before. Great Gym, everyone is very friendly!.

Positive experience: Joined up online. Process was quick and easy online and collected my membership card with no fuss. Sue, Tracey and Jason showed me around and explained all the facilities. Will update after first use. Update- facilities are OK, CV machines are a little dated but suitable for use. Great range of weights equipment.

Negative experience: I'm 22 years old and in good shape I've been a regular gym goer for many years on and off, went to Redhill leisure centre just to go for one session and was turned away because I needed to book and pay for a gym induction it is ridiculous that every Council requires you to pay for an expensive gym induction to use their facilities. If you are over 18 I don't see why you should be required to have an induction. I recommend just going to a private gym for a one off session.

Positive experience: Excellent fitness classes here and a variety of gyms and swimming pools included in the monthly subscription but the gym is limited due to size and the equipment is somewhat dated or broken which is why I had to give a 3 star instead of a 5. Better well maintained equipment would bring my 3 star to a 5 star.

Really enjoy the classes here and the gym equipment is of a high standard - my only improvement feedback is that when I'm in the gym area, there often isn't an attendant in the gym and I think it would be helpful to have someone in there when members are in the gym.
