Negative experience: Try paying your staff without them having to go legal on you try fixing your kit in good time. I'd encourage anyone to avoid this company as they treat people appallingly

Fantastic experience: Not a member of this gym but bought myzone from them. The staff were really friendly and helpful and always available if any problems.

Fantastic experience: I was very nervous about joining this gym because I was so unfit and thought everyone would be Jane Fonda lookalikes ,how wrong they are all there to encourage you, The team are lovely and help you in any way they can. So what are you waiting for give it a go

Negative experience: Nice little gym until you try and leave. Advertised as no contract and 30 days notice. However, I'm having to pay 55 days notice even though I wasn't shown terms and conditions or didn't sign a contract. Be wary of their false advertising and mis-selling.

Fantastic experience: When I visit home (Tynemouth) every other quarter from the Big Apple, I always come to Energie, get my few days membership pass and work out. It may look small but has everything you need including weights, cardio and big Pilates/yoga studio (also small spinning room). Never too busy and everyone is friendly (staff and guests). Don’t bother with a big faceless gym when in town, go to Energie Tynemouth and feel like another friendly local face.

Positive experience: Great price, newly refurbished. Changing area a little cramped (small lockers; need padlock). Nice local gym full of friendly folk.
