Fantastic experience: Love the service! All previous personal trainers have nothing comparing with Steffie. She spends so much time with me, knows my goals and sets very personable training programmes every time I see her. The no-men environment in the studio is something I needed all my life!

Fantastic experience: Such a nice group of girls! Jade and Kat are really friendly and approachable so you actually look forward to your sessions!! They get to know you as a person so that it works for you, rather than making exercising a massive chore that you have to work around. Would definitely recommend if your a woman wanting a place to get fitter without feeling embarrassed or out of your depth!
