Negative experience: The venue provides a great space with plenty of room, and the kids had a wonderful time. However, the 1.5-hour session is far too short, especially given that you’re only allowed 5 minutes to prepare. This preparation time includes setting up tables, tablecloths, cups, plates, food, decorations, and balloons—all while your guests are already arriving. It’s completely impractical and poorly planned. To make matters worse, you’re not permitted to warm up food, meaning everything has to be served cold. For the price charged, this lack of basic amenities feels highly unprofessional. Once the session ends, there’s hardly any time to wrap up. A staff member immediately enters with a broom to sweep the space and block off the toys that the children were playing with. This leaves you rushing to say goodbye to guests, pack up presents, gather leftovers, and leave the venue—often while trying to put on your shoes at the same time. You’re essentially given about 30 seconds to clear out because the next group is already waiting to come in. It’s blatantly obvious that the focus here is on maximizing turnover and profit rather than ensuring a relaxed and enjoyable experience for customers. I won’t be booking another party here.

Fantastic experience: There is limited parking, friendly staff, and a variety of sporting areas. People usually go for badminton, but nowadays, it takes work to get a spot.

Fantastic experience: We had a young child's party here and there we're many other children also invited from a nursery. Wow highly recommend Coleshill Leisure Centre this staff are absolutely lovely happy and bubbly people the party package we had included a huge bouncy castle with slide a smaller but still quite big for very young also lots of trikes lots of soft play shapes and a very large table easily seating up to 30 children. There was also a large Bluetooth speaker for party songs and tea coffee and squash for refreshments. Simple case of bringing party food for little ones and really is amazing value for what you get with the size of the hall Really really recommend for this type of occasion. This is a leisure centre and I know it has way more to offer from classes to a gym I haven't tried these things but I must say the squash rooms look very fun and the people I did see playing were more mature to younger members all looked sweaty out of breath but smiling there heads off and having fun. Big thumbs up

Fantastic experience: Attended this place for blood test. The staff and nurse there were very friendly and helpful. However I did think the nurse was related to Klaus Michaelson from The Vampire Diaries with the amount of bloods taken .

Fantastic experience: Nice place with friendly staff. They held an indoor Winter wonderland Christmas fair today and we were outside in the rain providing Thin Crust Pizzas. Not the best weather but we were told they were the best Pizzas.

Fantastic experience: Love this place, ok it's small but has Greta facilities. Always gauranteed parking. Book at short notice via app which is really easy. We play Badminton several times a week. Staff nice and friendly too. Prices are extremely reasonable too. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Great gym, good price for monthly membership. They do a range of classes throughout the day, some children's classes too. There are squash courts and a large sports hall which they use for birthday parties at the weekend. Only negative is the car park gets busy at the weekend.

Positive experience: Great place for kids parties. Bouncy castle and an inflatable course. Parking your car here is very hard and tight tho as it's a very small car park.

Fantastic experience: I love this gym! I find the staff friendly and helpful, it's modern and clean. Light and bright. The layout is great and the music pretty motivational usually. I tend to find the Life Fitness app can be pretty motivational too and obviously all the equipment can feed into it (although occasionally the app is glitchy). Opens late Sun-Fri too, which is a huge bonus for late workers!! The treadmills, bikes, weight machines are pretty accessible to your average person wanting to just get a bit fitter generally, without needing to encroach on the more serious weight training bunch in the 'testosterone zone' as I like to call it!! :-) There also seems to have good clubs for both adults and kids too. Plus pretty decent value for money compared to most other gyms imo. My only gripe is that I like to watch the tv screens (built into the machines) while I run or cycle (as I can be going for an hour sometimes) BUT they always seem to be dead! Maybe it's the connection or the internet/signal is down or something!?!? But that really annoys me!! :-( Apart from that, the place is excellent. 9/10

Negative experience: I went to my nephew's birthday party today and dressed up as Peppa Pig. For the costume all they gave me was the red body, pink trousers and Peppa Pig's head; BUT only one single glove (which by the way had a massive hole in it) and one single black shoe, which both obviously should've been in a pair. This actually spoiled some of the party as it had made the whole situation obvious to the children that I was Pepper Pig, ultimately making it unrealistic and they instantly got disinterested! To make the whole situation worse, after returning home I received a phone call from the Leisure Centre staff to accuse me of theft!

Positive experience: Parking is really poor, with most people parking in the road and grass verges. Currently only done 3 or 4 Wednesday circuits classes all have been the same format very similar exercises but pulls a large group of people. Parking really does let this place down

Positive experience: Very clean and efficient staff ensure that this small leisure is managed well. Two glass backed squash courts and decent sized well equipped gym. Hot showers and warm changing room.
