We are a community gym and fitness centre. Our 20+ station gym based in Nelson, Lancashire is providing a safe and private place for men, women and children to exercise and improve their health. Our community gym is designed to be a welcoming space for all, regardless of age, ability, gender or background. We offer ‘COMPLETE SEGREGATION’ for both genders. We do not allow male and female mixing during gym use. This is the reason we have different opening times for Ladies Only Gym and Men Only Gym.
